Chapter 3: Chapter 3: Red Encounter
The silent seems so loud as the small blue flame close from becoming distinguished.
"Is this it? Is this how I go out? Is this how my feeble soul will end?" the flame spoke weakly as it felt itself sinking into a deep pit of nothingness.
Before the flame succumb itself to the darkness, the flame heard a voice that wasn't it's own.
"Is that it? Are you gonna give up just like that? Are you serious?" the once small flame became larger within an instant.
"Whose there?! Is anyone there? Show yourself, please! I don't want to be alone!" the flame pleaded desperately.
"You are alone, there is no one here but yourself," the voice spoke cold and bluntly.
the flame searched around to where the voice was coming from. Even if it was only for a moment, hearing another voice was the most happiest thing that ever happened within this dark place. The flame wandered through darkness and saw a red light. The blue flame raced towards the red light and began to see a outline of the light's shape. It was as a person, a person who seemed to be very familiar towards the blue flame. The light was a red flame that had the shape of a human being.
"Do you even know who you are?" the red flame spoke again.
the blue flame floats close until realizing it too has the form of a human being as well. The blue flame stared out at the red flame with confusion.
"Who are you?" the blue flame asked, where the red flame sighed.
"Seriously? You got to be joking me? Are you're telling me that you can't recognize your own face?" the red flame clicked it's tongue before rolling it's eyes in annoyance.
"My own face?" the blue flame titled its head slightly, trying to understand what the red flame was saying.
The red flame clicked it's tongue again as it growled irritatingly. "Okay... I going to put this very bluntly, so brace yourself. I am you,"
"You are me? But how?"
"Yes, I am. But if we're going to specifics, then I should say that I am a part of you. A part of you that rarely show," the red flame explained with a cold voice.
"Do you know why I'm-- I mean, why we are here?"
"You really don't remember anything, do you?"
"Remember what?" the blue flame curve it's brow in confusion.
The red flame sighed, as it began to replay of what happened after their death.
