Chapter 5: What the fu*k! The system really answered?
The old man was left in his own thoughts, in fact, he was just thinking, what answer, should he give to the boy?
Sweat ran through his face, and his face colour changed into pale white....
Well, this was utterly expected...
This was indeed, the first time anyone asked such a question to him....
Viewing it, from the perceptive of the other, boys and girls, this was probably a stupid question, but, actually it was not!.....
Xian intended to kill any two, among the competitors, that committed any sin and gain reward from the system.
How beguile and scheming was he!...
Lastly, without finding any other answer to the question, An Bo answered as he cleared his throat and gulped his saliva, "Well, yes!"
An Bo, in his 80 years, had never faced such a question nor such a humiliation, much less from a young boy!.....
Alas! What more could he say, nor empirically or theoretically, could he find any other answer.
And, that led, to a certain conclusion — Xian had a smirk on his face; his plan had succeeded...
"Thank, you, elder!" Xian thanked and bowed to the old man, but inwardly he was laughing!
An Bo could not let himself, be more humiliated, if this went to the ears, of the other instructors, they would certainly mock and laugh at him, so he turned his head from Xian to the other participants and started explaining the rules of the first or 'initial' part of the exam.
"Enough, talking! Let me explain the rules, then! There will be a large machine, that will measure your rank and then the other instructors there, will test your ability! Those who don't have any ability can follow and go with me and do a check-up, that will determine, if you will awaken an ability or not. Once, an individual passes, this part will be directly sent to the 'Bottom' part, also no cheating! Let the exam begin!"
A moment, later an amorphous row of the ones who had no 'Ability' stood behind An Bo.
But, of course, Xian wasn't there....
He wanted to impress, the instructors by any means, so that he would gain a very good reputation in this place. And, chances of him being a loser, will also be decreased.
Xian had changed, the bullied, mocked boy, had changed, unbeknownst to himself.....and all this was caused by the unknown entity called the 'system'....
Just, what the hell was it?.....
"Follow, me!" The old man roared at the row, and, indeed, they did what he said.
This was the very moment, that the old man did a flick and the row with old man disappeared, without any trace. As, if they didn't existed in the first place...
Indeed, his ability was, 'Space-teleportation' or to be specific, the ability to use the flow of motion of space, around himself, to teleport, to any visited place from his mind.
How amazing!....
Everybody, gulped their saliva, as they stared at the place, where the left ones were, this included Xian too.
"If, I get my hands on his ability, it would be great, but alas! I cannot and also need to complete this damn task!...." Xian inwardly cursed.
But, unlike, the other times, the system replied...
A group of black words out of nowhere appeared floating in front of his eyes.
[ ‹‹Dear, host! You can take that ability, if you level up twice your current 'Ability' ~ level» ]
"What the fu*k! The system really answered?" Xian was really shocked or rather baffled. He was not believing his eyes.
But, on the other hand, he was also being curious about this 'Level up' thing.
So, without holding, his curiousity, any more he asked the system, about it at last.
"System, how can I level up my current 'Ability' level, do you have anything...I mean something that I can use to level up?"
Xian questioned to the system.
And, likewise, this, time too, the system answered Xian's doubt.....
Again, a group of words appeared, as they replaced the previous ones.....
