Synopsis
The Bonded by Blood Trilogy : Book 1 - Tainted
He's not destined to save the world, he's destined to doom it.
After an argument with his best friend gets out of control, Marcus Nelson finds himself expelled from the boarding school he has been attending for the last seven years. He is forced to return to his hometown, where he finds not everything is quite as he remembers. He soon learns that he has more to deal with than just high school parties and crushes.
There's a whole world that's been shrouded away from him behind secrets and lies. But when the truth comes to light will he be strong enough to deal with it? Will he survive this new world unscathed? Or will he let it's darkness taint him?
He just wanted a fresh start. A new beginning to his story. Maybe make some new friends, he never expected the whirlwind of chaos and pain that was headed his way.
But he doesn't have to do it alone. Adrian North has had one focus his whole life. But the moment Marcus waltzs into his life all that changes. Marcus is this cute shy guy that needs his protection. And he's willing to give it, at any cost.
They're trying to stop the beginning to an end that they don't realize has already begun.

I loved the book. I really liked the main character, the setting and the plot! I can't wait to read the next book. This really was an interesting read!!!!!

I have pretty strict genre that i like and that i dont, as a reader i like to out myself in the shoes of the protagonist so as to relate better to them and enjoy the book more fully. from the description, it sounds like the main character is currently or will be in a same *** relationship. That is not a thing i personally like to read as i have no interest in it, is that in this book?
