Chapter 4: Elf's First Metoria
She had drunk it thanks to Lira,
As she realizes what just happened, she even goes on to smash her own stomach, trying to puke it out…..albeit she slightly overdid it.
"H-hey, Kiana? are you okay?" Lira worriedly asked as he saw her unhealthy countenance.
But Kiana couldn't respond to him at all as she felt it would come out...very soon.
She then comes closer to him, wanting to puke it on the place behind him as she grabs his shoulders.
But the urge suddenly peaked, making her couldn't hold it anymore as she let it out on Lira's clothes instead.
And Lira here couldn't do anything except making a bitter expression. The results of hin being happy and disgusted at the same time.
He feels it couldn't be helped. Lightning Metoria is her first-ever Metoria, after all, so Lira can only be happy if anything.
And knowing those, he proceeds to take a dagger from the tip of his bow before he then cleaned the puke mark on his cloth.
After he has done that, he put a happy smile on his face and say,
"Happy anniversary, Kiana." At the same time, wiping out the remains on her mouth.

"Huh?"
Kiana's minds go blank as he said that. The cogs in her brain seem just like stopped working for a second, making her let out a comical voice.
"Don't 'huh' me!! Just kiss my face!!" He said with a stupid grin stick to his face.
He then offered his left face for her to kiss. And knowing her, she would love to do it anyway.
So she gives her lips to his face, wanted to say thanks for what he did just now.
But...
BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT!!!
"ASIFHAIUSHFIWUHDKJSAFKJASDSAHDKJLAHSAD!!"
Lira had himself electrocuted thanks to her. It was a bit unexpected, for effect had come as soon after she touched his face using her lips.
And everyone around then looked at him with a surprise. It was as if he was just struck by lightning just now.
….which is technically true...
Kiana went shocked at this development. She then goes out from the bartender desk by jumping out from there to get closer to Lira.
As she came close to him, she then touched him.

It happened again with Lira dancing weirdly upon receiving the electric shock.
"Excuse m-"
Suddenly, a man comes in with some fruit in his hands. But as soon as he opened the door, his eyes were instantly greeted by this scenery.
He dropped the pack of fruits he had bought, and with a horrified expression, he shouted.
"LIRAAA!!!"
His loud voice makes everyone there to look at him. But they cast their gaze back in the next seconds to pretends there's nothing had happened.
Several hours passed.
He talked with Kiana, and Lira was also there. They're sitting together at a wooden rounded table. But now, with Kiana wore the gloves as electricity countermeasure.
And Lira himself there had been covered into bandages thanks to the repeated electrocution an hour ago.
There, he started from Lira.
"Explain, bro, what have you done to her?"
Lira shortly replied,
"I gave her a Lightning Metoria, and I don't know that it will be activated that soon."
Lex sighed and said.
"Don't treat Kiana as a normal human, seriously! Every race had its own adaptability to Metoria. Understand?"
Lira nodded and also sighed helplessly.
Lex then proceeds to tell her,
"And you, Kiana. I think you have to follow me and go to the field to train your Metoria. Because it can't be retrieved unless you'd died."
She nodded as she also understood about that issue, and then. She asked him.
"How about Lira? Will he join?"
Lex shook his head and asked Lira,
"How much cash did you spent on it?"
Lira raised his right palm, giving a five-finger as he was said "5."
"5000?50000?500000?" Lex keeps pressing him.
And Lira sheepishly answered.
"Fifty Million Cigs."
"Oh, its Fifty Million Cigs...WAIT, FIFTY MILLION CIGS!?" He smashed his hand on the table as he raised his body in a shocked manner.
But he also has no word to say about it anymore as he saw his mission paper. It was costed as much as it is.
He tried his best to not being angry by massaging his aching temples, as he said.
"Spending that much money, as expected from you. Sigh….I suggest you find some quest soon, or if sherry hears about it. Then you will be facing that hell again."
Lira smirked at that and said.
"Who said I really spent that much? I'm just talking about the valuation bro. Actually, it only costs five thousand cigs!"
Giving a suspicious look, Lex then asked him.
"Really? Show me the quotation!"
Lira had placed the quotation on the box where he placed the Metoria Sphere was, and that box was under his older twin brother's hand now.
Hearing that, his older twin brother then opened that box. And it indeed had it!
The brown colored paper had suggested the price of the item.
As he looked at the vendor name that is written in that quotation, he said,
"Black market, no surprises. They did sell the Metorias cheaper. Guess what? No proof of certification that Metoria would work! Still, nice try, Lira. I will pay a visit there sometimes, coz you can assure me that the Metoria you choose is legit!"
Then, he pulled out his paper and asked Her.
"Wanna join? For testing your lightning metoria ability?"
Kiana, who had been shown up by Lex for the paper of mission, paused for a while.
As she thinks if it's viable. She had some thoughts flashed on her mind.
"Interesting..."
"But I must not show them my power..."
"Still... I never used metoria before... Hmm...."
And then she decided,
"Ok, I'm in, Lex. Wanna join us, Lira?"
Lira replied
"Nah, you guys will be good. I will go somewhere else first to drink a coffee."
He stood up and left. But before he left completely, Kiana said in a quite loud voice.
"It's my debut. Lira, pray for my journey. Can you?"
Lira then gestured "good luck" with his hand as he heard those.
And the story continues
