Chapter 1: Chapter 1 - New Beginnings

A man named Alex was walking towards his apartment after going to the local caffe he was texting his sister on his phone when he was walking across the road. He heard someone yell get out of the way from far away but it was to late the last thing he felt was and intense pain in his side before suddenly it spread over his entire body then nothing.
Later Alex's Pov
"Ughh i feel like i just got hit by a truck" -Alex, when i look around i see nothing but darkness spreading infinitely. "That's probably because you were" -ROB, i hear this from everywhere all at once "W-Who's that" -Alex, I'm not sure but i think I'm dead "Well you are and before you ask no I'm not god I'm what some humans may call and R.O.B (Random Omnipotent Being)" -ROB, Ok i guess I'm not crazy "I wouldn't go so far as to say that but there are definitely some screws loose up there" - ROB, "Alright just tell what you are here for" -Alex, "I will reincarnate you into a world of your choice with three wishes" -ROB,
"Soo what's the catch" -Alex, "None I'm just bored go on" - ROB, Well i have always wanted to go to the naruto world maybe ill... "Firstly the world i want to go to is Naruto and now ill do my wishes" - Alex, "Accepted" -Rob, "My first wish is, To be an uchiha also remove the need for me to take another persons mangekyo to get EMS as another one of the evolution." "Acceptable" "2. I want to have all elemental manipulations but make it so that they unlock overtime" "Easy" "3. As he says this i fell the sensation of falling through a jello like substance then i feel air on my skin when i open my eyes i discover that I'm in a hospital before i can even mull over my situation i am hit with an intense headache as i remember everything from this life my new name is tarasque and I'm in the hospital because it is 1 week after the uchiha massacre and i barley managed to survive.
