Is the story every going to switch to Merlin as the main Pov or is it going to stay with Arther as the main Pov?
The story is boring I would say. The reason for this is that the story is just a copy-paste of the original work, with a self-insert as the MC. The story follows the original plot with the MC doing the small inputs at the right time to make him sound smart. Which I believe we have all seen before. An example of this can be when Arthur tells his family he will be an adventure. MC says "...Called it". I am just sitting here like. "did you now..." REASON TO NOT READ * The pov is on Arthur 80% of the time which is... not good. * Story is bland and simple (because it's a copy-paste with self-insert.) * I have read up to chapter 20 and the only major original thing added to the story is a tournament arc. REASON TO READ * Fast updates. (because its easy to write) * If you just want something to read * MC has an interesting personality which can make funny interactions later in the story. (if the author can write something original) Have a good day people and may you have a wonderful reading time.
This is an excellent TBATE Fanfic where MC is not Arthur's twin brother like most other authors even though the narration is mostly from Arthur's point of view not MC is still good, so keep up the good work

at first (the first 20 chapters) it seems that the main character is Arthur and not Merlin later, however, this changes and develops into something better. quite an interesting story, but too there are no big differences with canone, only in the last three chapters which is also very disappointing, but so far I consider this fanfic the best of all on tbate and I expect great things from it. so far 3 stars for the story (because everything goes clearly according to the canon) caera best waifu in tbate.
I'm not good with giving review but here's one. -This tbate fanfic is amazing, it's unlike other fanfic where the protagonist is Arthur's twin brother or reincarnated as Arthur. -The story is progressing smoothly and the update schedule is quite fast. I always wanted to read more as soon as I finish one chapter...Keep up the good work Author-san, also, you should improve on changing the POVs I would give this a 5-star

One of the best tbate fanfics I have read, the character design as well as the story development are great but the world building is a tiny bit lacking. Overall a great story, I hope to see where it goes next.

It's a great story, but the main character seems somewhat attached and loyal to Arthur. It would be nice if the main character was more free in the future..... and story is updated quite frequently.
