While Ryuuto and the rest waited in the ORC for the meeting to start they chatted among themselves.
After some time passed Rias was notified by Sirzechs that the meeting was about to start and she told that to everyone else in the room.
"Everyone, the meeting is starting, let's go."
"You go ahead of me Rias, I've got a guest to welcome."
Hearing Ryuuto say that, Rias looked at him and asked who this guest was to be so important.
"Darling, who are you welcoming that they are so important?"
"Someone that will help resolve a problem."
Saying that, Ryuuto created a clone and sent it to retrieve the head of the Naberius family.
"Okay Darling, but don't be late."
As they all got ready, Rias activated her magic circle and teleported everyone, except Ryuuto, in front of the doors leading to the meeting room. Once she knocked on the door and got permission to enter Rias opened it and inside she saw, other than her brother Sirzechs, Grayfia, Serafall and Sona and her peerage, Micheal, the leader of heaven, and Irina for the Heaven faction and Azazel, the leader of Grigori, and Vali for the Fallen Angels faction.
"Rias, you're here... Wait where is Ryuuto?"
Seeing his little sister enter through the door without her husband Sirzechs asked her where he was.
"Ryuuto said he needed to welcome a guest, he's going to be here soon."
Just as she finished saying that they all heard a knock on the door, soon after it opened and showed Ryuuto getting inside with a black cat on his shoulder.
"Ryuuto... Is the cast supposed to be your important guest?"
Everyone there looked at Ryuuto strangely seeing him enter with a cat and Sirzechs asked him if the car really was the 'important guest'.
"Well, if you don't mind me staying this meeting then I can explain."
Seeing everyone there nod, Ryuuto turned to the cat and spoke.
"Come out Kuroka."
Hearing that name Koneko and all the devils room tended up and got ready to attack while the black cat on Ryuuto's shoulder jumped off and transformed in a young woman.
"Hello there Shirone nya, how are you?"
"Onee-san, what are you doing here?"
"Don't worry Koneko-chan, I brought her here so you two sisters can get back together."
Before Koneko could respond, she was interrupted by Serafall.
"Ryuuto, you know that she's a SS-class stay devil, right?"
"That's exactly what I'm here to talk about."
As Ryuuto said that, everyone in the room saw his clone appear with the head of the Naberius family, who had a dull look in his eyes.
"This here is the head of the Naberius clan, the owner of one of the labs that Kuroka here escaped. As the devils present here know, Kuroka was reported to have gone crazy sure to Senjutsu and killed her old master, but that is far from the truth."
Saying that Ryuuto looked towards Kuroka who started explaining my what really happened during that time.
"You see, during my time in that laboratory I was experimented on by a scientist from the Naberius family who also was my old master nya. He was trying to make super devil using us Nekoshou. He kept experimenting with me until I couldn't take anymore experiments and when he tried to experiment on Shirone I couldn't take it and killed him."
Saying that the seriousness in Kuroka could be heard by anyone there, she was so serious she even lost her usual verbal tick.
"Th-Then why didn't you take me with you Onee-san?"
"I'm sorry Shirone, but if I did that you would have been hunted together with me."
Hearing her sister, Koneko took out her ears and tail, while Eri got stars in her little eyes seeing that, and jumped on Kuroka hugging her and crying.
"I'm so sorry Shirone."
Kuroka kept repeating that while carrying Koneko outside the room so they could have some time alone. As the two cast sisters got out, Sirzechs looked towards the Naberius family head.
"Ryuuto, it's not that I don't believe you, but without any proof the devil council won't be convinced."
"Don't worry about that Sirzechs, I brought this guy exactly for that. You see I've hypnotized him so he could only answer the truth to any questions."
Hearing Ryuuto, Sirzechs and Serafall started asking some random questions to the Naberius clan head and saw how he was actually taking the truth so they decided to get it over with.
"Is what Kuroka told true?"
"Yes."
"Is there any written proof about it?"
"Yes."
"Where is it?"
"Inside my office, in a secret compartment behind a bookshelf."
"Grayfia, if you could, I'll need those documents so tomorrow we can present them to the council, while you're at it bring this guy in a cell."
"As you wish Sirzechs-sama."
Saying that Grayfia teleported back to the Underworld together with the head of the Naberius family.
"With that or of the way, I announce that Kuroka is now free from all the charges against her and is from now on declared as a free devil."
After Sirzechs announced that, the meeting finally took place and the three leaders started discussing what they were there for.
Soon after Kuroka and Koneko came back and while Kuroka headed to one of the free chairs, Koneko went towards Ryuuto and say on his lap.
"Koneko-chan?"
Taking one of his hands, Koneko put it on her head while closing her eyes and rubbing her head against it.
"Thank you Ryuuto-senpai."
Understanding that Koneko was thanking him for reuniting her with her sister, Ryuuto just smiled and kept posting her head when suddenly a blue screen appeared in front of him.

Reading that, Ryuuto almost threw out blood while Rias was barely able to contain her laughs.

While Ryuuto was fighting depression by paying Koneko's head, Rias and Sona had been called over to give their report about what happened during Kokabiel attack.
After some more discussions Azazel finally spoke on the real reason they were there.
"So, are we going to make this peace treaty real or not?"
Listening to what he said, Micheal let out a smile while Sirzechs nodded firmly.
"I thought it was about time for you to tell that."
After hearing Sirzechs, Micheal took out a contract he prepared since he was pretty sure his brother Azazel would propose that.
"Then, if you're fine with the peace, please sign this."
"Sorry if I interrupt you Micheal but I wanted to know what Vali and Ryuuto think about this."
"I don't really care about this, as long as I can fight string people I'm fine with peace."
After listening to Vali's answer, who hasn't changed even after losing Albion, everyone turned to Ryuuto. Looking at him they saw his face still depressed while he was patting Koneko's head, who in the meantime had started to purr like a cat.
"What the hell happened to him?"
Azazel asked after looking at Ryuuto's depressed face.
"It's nothing, don't worry about it."
"Anyway, what do you think about this peace treaty?"
"I don't see any problems with that."
Nodding, Azazel turned towards the other faction leaders.
"Well, since everyone seems okay with this, I guess we can firm this."
Saying that he tapped on the peace contract and as he was just about to sign it, everyone in the room saw a large number of magicians hangout upside-down outside.
"Would you look at that. It seems we're being attacked."
Just as Serafall finished saying that, a magic circle appeared in the room and caused an explosion.
After the dust, created due to the explosion, settled it revealed a shield made by Micheal, A Azazel, Sirzechs and Serafall.
"How disgusting. The leaders of the Three Biblical factions working together."
Hearing a new voice, everyone turned towards it's direction and saw Katerea Leviathan coming out from a magic circle.
"Nice to see you all, I'm Katerea Leviathan, from the Old Satan Faction, we've allied ourselves with Khaos Brigade."
"Micheal, Sirzechs, would you mind if I took care of this?"
Seeing both leaders nod, Azazel flew in the air where Katerea currently was and started fighting with her.
