Chapter 7: Doctor's death
Crowd was gathered and everyone knew him very well because he was one of the famous and reputed doctor of that place. Bless looked back and saw that thousands of people were gathered there so in order to know the reason he went closure and finally when he saw his dad seriously injured smeared with blood all around ,he couldn't believe in his eyes .He lost his sense and started shouting ,"Please someone call the ambulance. Please save my dad."
Soon an ambulance reached there and immediately his dad was taken to the hospital .Dad's condition was serious so last time he wished to see his son .Bless entered the room and saw that his dad was in pain
He felt so bad on that and went near his dad .Dad smiled and holding his hand said," Son ,I will tell you something and you have to obey me OK ." Bless started weeping and just nodded his head .Dad now started ," You have to continue my legacy my son. Thank you must be the key word for you and always respect someone's need and try to donate as much as you can. After your death ,money will have no work but your popularity and blessings you gathered will surely help you to rest in peace. Remember it my son."
" I will ," promised Bless. Then dad again said ," Never hate anyone and try to handle any dispute with words if it doesn't work only then think for new move .Be brave and always remember who you are .Never give up on anything .I saw you running .I don't ask you why did you do that but remember never do it again .My son can't be a loser." Bless realized his fault and apologized and said ," I am responsible for your condition. I am a bad luck ." Dad just hugged him and said ," No never say this again .You must not break down on simple things . It was destiny and god creates everything not you and not me. He is superior ."
After that dad passed away and now his step mother was super happy because now she thought that all the property would be her and she could easily suppress Bless as well. Funeral rituals were going on but his mother didn't let him attend blaming him to be the reason for his dad's death. But Bless didn't care about anything and just ran to attend the ritual .His mother became angry and thought that she could punish him after the ritual.
Bless was very sad and was missing his dad so badly. His mother started punishing him by not giving him food to eat and even she used to ask him to do works at home .Bless never reacted on anything and just waited for good day. He started focusing at study only but Rain even didn't let him do that .He stole his books and burnt them .Even his room was captured by Rain and he was compelled to live in a dark room full of useless things and bad odour.
Soon some people came to Bless and his mother was surprised to know that his dad had already named all his property to Bless and only 2o%was offered to his mother. According to the rules if something happened to Bless before the age of 26 years then the property would be gone for service and if he crossed his required age and then something happened to him ,property would be handed to his wife otherwise to his step family .
Now ,his mother couldn't torture him because two peoples were hired for checking if Bless was finely being treated or not .Bless was very happy with that and now he could do whatever he wanted to freely .He continued his study and at leisure time he used to go to beach and used to donate to needy people too .People could see that Bless was totally like his father .He was kind hearted, honest and was a good boy. Teachers and his friends also loved him very much.
Everything was going well and on missing his dad , he used to go to beach . Now he moved to another city for higher study and finally he completed his study too and was very happy to return to his home town all after 6 years of long period. He had no patience too."Why are you so excited as if you will miss something ?You have already waited for 6 years so can't you wait little more," said his friend who was also a doctor and she was named Twinkle .
Bless looked at her and said ," Till now I was compelled due to my course but now I am totally free and can go .So I can't wait anymore. " Now everyone was going to there own hometown .This was a sad moment when all after 6 years they were separating so a party was organized and all enjoyed a lot with tears in their eyes and heavy heart to say good bye .They all exchanged good wishes to each other and finally the party was over .Everyone went to sleep but Twinkle was still sitting there and was very sad .Bless came up to her and sat next to her .She said nothing but just put her head on his shoulder.
"What happen?Everyone is so happy for going to their family but you look sad." Bless asked her. She still said nothing but just started weeping .Bless now knelt down and looked up into her eyes and just stared .Twinkle just hugged him so tight and started weeping more. Bless tried to make her calm but she wasn't ready to leave him.
She said," How sad it is that for getting one thing we need to lose the other .But I can't lose you because you have become my habit which can't be left .I want to go to your hometown as your bride .I want to walk with you the rest of my steps I will make. I love you."
Bless tried to convince her to wait for some years . He said, " I love you too and its hard for me too .I don't want to leave you too but sometime we have to ignore some necessary things. Love is important but right now our career is more important .I promise you that I will come to your house after being able to stand on my own foot. I want to make you filled with happiness and right now your focus must be your career not me." She hardly became convinced. Then Bless suggested her to take some rest .Before leaving Twinkle asked ," Will you still love me the same or forget me after going?" Bless found her to talk childish and he started laughing .Twinkle became upset and was leaving so he stopped her and hugged her from backside and whispered at her ear with sweet low voice ," I can forget myself but you can never be forgotten for the rest of my life .Its my commitment and I never break my commitment . Trust me my innocent baby." Then he went from there .
Twinkle was totally restless as she got thousands of negative thoughts that if he leave her .She started looking the albums and tried to be relaxed by remembering past memories with him where they made so much of fun. She slept there and all the photos were just shattered around .Her friends made her woke up and she started collecting them as a mad ." Calm down its OK. What happen ?" Her friend tried to make her relax .
" I don't want to lose any photo because each matters a lot .After separating with him I need to spend my time looking at these photos only." She replied. Her friends were actually wondered to see her pure and deep love for Bless. Her one friend asked ," How much do you love him? " She smiled and said with full confidence ," For me the definition of love is he so you can guess how much I do? "
Her friend wished her best of luck for her future and then Twinkle went to get fresh. Now everyone was ready to leave .They were wishing good bye to each other and Bless was waiting for something. Twinkle was just behind him but he wasn't noticing her .She was just hoping that he would turn back but he didn't. Finally she went from there without talking to him and she felt so bad that he even didn't turn at once .
" Here it is ," Bless was so happy and picked the parcel .After that he gathered everyone for the one last time and said ," Attention everyone ,I have to make a big announcement here for the very last time so that it could be an unforgettable memory for everyone." He looked around and was looking for her but he found her no where .So he asked ," Where is she ?" Everyone knew about his love to Twinkle so everyone started shouting her name . She heard that sound and came up there .Bless went to her and hold her hand and knelt down then he proposed her in front of everyone bowing down .
Twinkle was literally shocked and it was not less than a dream for her .She knelt down too and said ," Now its a perfect match ,isn't it? I am waiting for the day to be your bride so its a yes from my side .I love you more ." Everyone clapped and congratulated them .He made her wore a beautiful bracelet as a token of his commitment. He again said ," Listen everyone ,My 28th birthday will be my wedding day so you all have to come ." Everyone agreed and it was a memorable departure for everyone .
Now everyone's parent came up there and picked their child one by one .As the every passage of seconds ,Twinkle 's heart was beating faster .Finally her parents came there and looking at them she was stepping back .Bless hold her hand and with a sweet smile he took her to her parents .He greeted them and said ," Take care of her uncle and aunt .She is totally like a small baby. Now good bye Twinkle." She was just looking at him only .Bless was stepping back looking at her and she Started crying and ran towards him and just hugged him .Now Bless finally decided to expose his relation with her in front of her family .He confessed that they were in love since 4 years and also he promised that he would never leave her but she would be his bride too.
Her parents knew about it earlier but they didn't reveal it and just acted as if they knew just now .So dad said ," I am OK with it but before marriage and all ,career matters and you two have to make a successful career first ." Mother was happy too and she praised his confidence and even she invited him to her home any time he wanted to meet Twinkle. Twinkle was happy now .She said ," I am not doubting you and I am even not over possessive about you but ..." She was unable to clear it but Bless came up to her and kissed on her forehead and said ," No need to explain ,I understand everything ."
