'I guess I could do the normal 100 pushups and 100 press ups but, I don't have hands so that's a no.

Luo Feng Focused on a branch close to him and tried to move it but it didn't move. So he tried to lift up a small pebble near him and with much effort it lifted up above the ground. However it was only a few centimeters up.
'I guess that's the best I can do, for now. But as long as I keep training I should be able to lift up that branch.
And he did Luo Feng trained vigorously in the day and ate whatever fruits and nuts he could find at night. This carried on for a month and after the month had passed he had finally heard what he had been longing for.

And he could Luo Fen could lift up the stick with ease. After he had placed the stick down, a blood curdling scream pierced the sky.
'what was that should I stay or should I go. What if its a monster or worse. But my curiosity has gotten the better of me so I might as well go and look. Just a look.
As he got closer to the sound, Luo Feng saw a
Giant wolf with a glistening horn on its head being crowded by humans who were decked on armour. But this didn't stop the wolf. Instead it fought with all it had and actually managed to kill all three humans but not without sustaining some injuries which looked preety serious but still Luo Feng still didn't dare to go near it.
After a while the wolf eventually collapsed and only then did Luo Feng dare to approach it. Once he approached he could see that it was in its "death bed"
'what should I do? I probably can't help it. Maybe I can harvest it?
Having made up his decision, Luo Feng lifted up a nearby stick and plunged it in. As soon as the stick was in the wolf died immediately.
