"Second of all," Ryley let out a tired sigh, "You don't have to do anything about the news because the rightful owner of the private property that the paparazzi spied on will file for a lawsuit against XMZ."

"A lawsuit?" Gracia raised her eyebrows. "What are you talking about? If you want to file a lawsuit, perhaps—"

"When did I say I'm going to do it?" Ryley interrupted, pretending to be oblivious. "Oh, right. I haven't told you that I'm no longer the owner of the alleged apartment, have I? I've sold it before the rumor came out."

The news had Gracia so thunderstruck that her jaw dropped agape, looking completely in disbelief. 

Why didn't she know about this? When did Ryley sell it?!

Claire also had the same reaction while turning towards Gracia with a visible confusion.

"If it's not your apartment then why did your current bodyguard always go there?" Gracia insisted, losing her cool much quicker than Ryley guessed.
