Chapter 140: Wicked Game

Oliver's POV

Declan and I are standing inside the ring of the mini arena while the hybrids are surrounding us, sitting on the bleachers while laughing and looking at us with amusement on their faces; I wasn't able to ask Zandro what would be the game was, but I could tell it would be something that can cost us our lives.

"Oliver, whatever this game is, you have to promise me you will win," I heard Declan's voice in my head, and I looked at him, and I shook my head.

"We need to win, Declan, and I don't think I can make it alone," I responded.

"Between the two of us, I know you've got the chance of winning because you are faster and stronger than I am." He said.

"I used to, but someone shot me on my chest using silver bullets, and I could tell the bullets weakened my power, and I find it hard to recuperate myself every time I got an injury," I responded, and his eyes widened.

"Are you sure the hybrid who shot you used silver bullets?" He asked.
