In an age where magic reigns supreme and the existence of gods is certitude, there existed the gods' Eight Apostles, each of whom were gifted intriguing, nation-destroying abilities.
However, of the Eight Apostles, was the one who was persecuted and despised more than she was held in awe for her astounding power. This was the solitary Apostle of Time, Laverne.
Laverne lived in constant retreat from the pursuit of her enemies, convicted of a crime she did not commit.
But one day, the most-wanted criminal in all the realms, Laverne, vanished into thin air and was never seen again.

Nova Young, meanwhile, is a sickly 32-year-old who perishes in modern-day Earth due to an incurable affliction.
She believes that she will never get to achieve her dream of losing her virginity to a handsome man, leave alone seeing the warm light of day.
With this thought, Nova breaths her last, only to open her eyes once again and find herself in an unfamiliar body on a strange, deserted island.
Is this the return of the long-vanished Apostle of Time?

It's an intriguing story. There's a lot of happenings on each chapter but was not at all overwhelming. The scenes are provocative but can be easily visualized by how the author worded each chapter.
Great story thus far (read up to ch 2 as of this writing (will review again in the future possibly after more chapters)). Very funny with an endearing cast. Nyx is probably my favorite character thus far. Do wonder if they'll shapeshift into the man of the MCs dreams xD
Ahh, the potential of this story is so good that I’m getting excited with every chapter I read! I think the writing is lovely, with creative imagery and a great vocabulary. The author does a great job introducing important characters, and I personally love the abundant narration this story has so far! I have high expectations for Nova, who went from someone dying of disease to inhabiting the body of someone powerful. She’s quite a humorous character, too, and seeing her feen over the potential of meeting handsome men is both adorable and hilarious. I’m excited for the angst, for the romance, for the comedy, and everything else that will come with following Nova on her journey! (Also, Nyx is such a cutie!) Well done, author! I’m so excited to see how Nova’s story continues!
