Chapter 44: The breakdown- II

The graveyard had been her initial destination. It was something she was not afraid of going to be in the middle of the night but with Mr Addams by her side, it now looked scary. 

Scary enough to rethink her decision, Scary enough to consider not going in at all. 

Why did she want to come here out of all places? The graveyard was the worst place we could ever think of. What was she thinking?

She kept on staring at the doors of the graveyard. The huge black gate that she assumed would shriek like they did whenever opened in the movies. 

Was there going to be an owl hooting?

Breathing heavily, Victoria gripped the sides of her hospital gown. She wasn't going in. 

She heard the door open and close, assuming that it was Mr Adams who had left but then the people in front of her exited the car too. She closed her eyes, trying to block them all out and focused on herself. She had to get out of here.
