Prologue
He was standing there, in white, the man I was going to marry. He was beautiful, he was handsome. He looked like an angel from the heavens.
The air was filled with the smell of flowers. The music started. I started to walk. Everyone was looking at me, my friends were looking at me. He faced me. His eyes were filled with tears. He gave the brightest smile. The smile I've always loved. We were now seemed to be the only ones left in the room, connected, by a love so pure.
We made vows. We promised each other a lifetime.
The beginning of our love story played inside my head. I was now ready for the future that we envisioned together. He would be my strength, I would accept him wholly for who he is, now and forever.
It ended with a kiss. It was like a song, a song of the heavens, the ballad of the star and moon.
