THIRD POV～
Looking behind and at Aria Adonis's eyes widen seeing a man standing just a few feet away from them and a gun pointed at Aria.
Adonis curses under his breath before rushing towards Aria to pull her to his chest shielding her.
The moment his arms wrap around the pale faved Aria the gunshot goes off while Aria and Adonis remains still.
The many bodyguards run around shielding their boss while the others run towards the person holding the gun.
''Boss are you alright''His head bodyguard says and rushes towards them nodding at the others who start leading them to the car.
Aria remains still and unmoving in his arms her heart beating loudly,so much that it resonates in her ears.
''Aria''Adonis calls out to the woman in his arms seeing as her whole body is tense.
Trailing his hand from her back up to her blonde hair to raise her face up he makes her look into his eyes.
''Are you ok''Adonis asks worry swimming in his blue orbs which distracts Aria for a bit but she slowly nods her head.
Turning to glare at his bodyguards with a look that says'I'll deal with you later'He walks towards the car open and ready for them.
''Sir yo-''The head guard starts saying worry evident in his voice.
''Shut up''Adonis tells him his voice coming out strong but a bit strained.
Puzzled Aria chooses to ignore them and raises her hand towards Adonis's back his shoulder area only to feel something sticky abd wet.
With widened eyes she raises her head to look at Adonis's face only to let out a small gasp at how pale his face is becoming.
Moving her hand back to the area she pulls back to confirm her suspicions and when she sees the blood her eyes widen.
''I-sir you are bleeding''Aria stutters unable to form a coherent sentence and guilt swarming her insides as he got shot because of her.
''Don't worry about that get in the car'' Adonis orders and Aria enters and when it is Adonis's turn to enter he lets out a groan from the pain of the bullet.
He can already feel his vision getting clouded by black dots but he controls himself still groaning.
''Drive to the house''Adonis orders the guard who turns to look at him a worried expression on his face.
''Drive to the hospital steve''Aria says and Adonis snaps his head towards her direction.
''He is driving to the house''Adonis says and this time sternly to which Aria rolls her eyes stunning the man.
''And I asked him to go to the hospital'' Aria says mirroring his stern voice making Adonis to look at her amused.
''Are you ordering me now Aria''Adonis asks trying to shift closer to Aria but groans when another wave of pain hits him.
''Yes I am sir so please shut up and wait'' Aria says trying to control herself from hitting the sturbbon man.
Adonis just groans resting his head on the chair and the rest of the car ride to the hospital is silent.
They reach the hospital and the bodygueards rush out to help him out the others creating a shield around them.
Aria holds his other side her hand rubbing soothing circles on his back her face twisted in worry and guilt.
They get to the reception area and instantly nurses run to tend to him.
Taking him into the ward to remove the bullet Aria stays beside him.
''Don't fucking put that in me''Adonis roars reffering to the doctor holding the injection.
The doctor looks scared as he tries to move away from them only for Aria to hold his hand shaking her head.
''He is scared of injections''Aria says trying to hold back her laugh while the doctor's eyes widen in realisation,Adonis however turns to glare at her.
''I am not''He says his voice coming out whiney a hint of fear in them.
He is absolutely terrified of needles and they scare him that is why he always avoids going to the hospital.
''Stay still''Aria says and holds his hand turning his attention towards her to allow the doctor do his work not knowing if it would work.
Adonis however seems lost as he looks into her blue eyes it seemed to him that time stopped for them at that moment starring into her pure emotionless eyes.
His trance however is cut off when he feels something sting and he realises the doctor just injected him''Fucking he-''His words are cut off when he falls unconcious allowing Aria and the doctor to breath out in relief.
