Chapter 18: The two lost girls part 2
Looking in the room I saw a old man that was laughing was holding a small knife and on the wall of the room I saw to girls that were stuck to the wall by metal chains and one could easily see that they were tortured even one of the has cut on her eye which is deep enough to make her go blind. Trying to calm myself I quickly went behind the man and killed him but of course that wasn't it because I took his soul and let it burn under fire which will put him in agony, after that I went and rescued the girls and hen I broke the chains I saw that they are knocked out so I went in my ring and got a coat to cover them and return with them to the sect were I let them swallow a healing pill to make the wounds disappear but the scars will be there .
I put them on separate beds and let them continue sleeping and they only woke up the next day.
Looking at them scared when they woke up and the fear and despair in their eyes I got sad and angry for the things they experienced. I looked at them and said '' hi my name is lucifer and i know it's hard to believe but I'm not trying to hurt you so could try to relax '' after I said that the girls looked at me and the one which looked older said that she she saw me a couple of days ago in the orphanage which I said yeah I did go there and adopted five boys. It seems that they started to trust me more so I went and had the boys come and turned out they were friends which made the girls lower their guards a little. After talking with the boys for a while I talked separately with the girls and asked if they could talk about what they experienced in the soul slaying sect.
They were a little hesitant at first but they eventually started talking and what I heard made my blood boil. They talked about they were first adopted by a old man that they thought was kind until they went to the soul slaying sect were hell started for them, they first had to drink a drink that supposedly will help them strengthen their body but it made weak and after a while they figured out that this drink lets their soul become weak. The reason why they drank that drink was later explained to them that it was because they were prepared to become food for the sect and by ''food'' I mean cultivation resources. It turned out that this sect's cultivation method involves blood and soul, the concept is like my cultivation arts but there is a very sister way and that is because they don't just upgrade after drinking blood no! They have to make a sacrifice with a virgin's blood and the soul they absorb has to be a pure soul and not too strong so that's why they gave the two girls drinks to weaken their souls. But their cultivation arts are way worse than mine because they will be influenced by the soul they absorb as well as they get crazier the more souls and blood they absorb which is not safe at all.
While hearing the girls description of the place i try to calm down and with my ''nice guy'' smile I asked them
