"Anywhere," Emory breathed. "What's first?"

I gave her my wickedest grin. "The water. The water is first. Get in with me, wife." Then I reached for the buckle of my cloak, snapping it open and letting the thick fabric drop to the grass behind me.

With a happy huff, Emory bit her lip and her eyes slid down from my eyes to where my tunic was now open and I was unbuttoning my shirt underneath it.

Her smile rose on one side, her eyes gleaming wickedly as she boldly watched me undress. And damn… her eyes on my skin were intoxicating.

I'd started to undress as an invitation for her, but instead, as Emory was so good at doing, she'd flipped the script and now I was the one growing hot and bothered as she drank in the sight of me as my skin was slowly revealed.
