Chapter 141: Chapter 75: Defense Mechanism

It's a quiet night and the silence of it is deafening. He wonder how can he feel so cold while sleeping next to his husband, yes it has been a week since Terrence went back and since then all the lessons about fighting and self defense has been stopped. Terrence gave in and just let Chester do what he thinks is right but in expense of Terrence coldness. He confronted Terrence about it but his husband just assured him that he will be alright and to just let him process things for now. Chester turned around and face Terrence back he really wanted to feel Terrence warmth again, his sweetness and his love but he also doesn't have the heart to hurt anyone, he can't do what Terrence was asking of him, for him it's enough to just learn how to defend yourself not to use it to hurt somebody so Chester hold himself back and stand firm with his decision.
Morning came when he woke up Terrence is no longer inside the house, he was told that his husband already gone off for work taking the twins to school. So it's just him and Thirdy since he no longer have training lessons Chester decided to go to the mall to buy his three sons some clothes and to also buy something for Terrence hoping that it can warm him up. Thirdy was happy buying all sorts of cute toys that he wasn't able to have back then, Chester also bought his two boys advance learning books specially Uno since Uno is really fond of reading. They ate and play and went on with their shopping. Chester even bought some ingredients as he got an idea of cooking something special for Terrence. He was thinking positively that maybe his husband can understand him, he's in the middle of his thinking when he noticed that Thirdy has run off far from him but luckily one of the guards assigned to him got his son who's know laughing as the guard pick him up. Chester heart felt at ease for a short while when they suddenly heard one gun shot that has been fired for what it seems is not far from them. Then a loud noise suddenly emerge that throw Chester on the floor, it was a big explosion inside the mall. Chester opened his eyes and looked to the direction where his son was, his heart almost stopped when he saw him not there anymore and the only thing left are the broken pieces of slabs scattered all over the place. There were many injured people, fear immidiately consumed Chester as he tried to get up to look for Thirdy. He screamed Thirdy's name when he got no response tears start flowing to his face when a continues shot suddenly heard then he heard someone shouted "Get down!" Chester dive into the floor, he lay flat as he waited for the gun shots to stop. Every firing of gun shot and every seconds he can't find Thirdy is killing him little by little. Chester is scared, really scared when he saw the body of the guard who was just holding Thirdy lying lifeless on the floor. He tried to look for his son once again but he can't find him anywhere which at least put his mind calm for a little. He tried to look around and see where the gun shots are coming from and there he is standing in the middle and aimlessly shooting at everyone. Chester breath in and breath out a couple of times to help him clear his mind. Axel repeatedly told him that a calm and clear mind is the key for survival. It allows you to analyze your situation and your opponents situation along with the environment that you both are in. Like magic Chester can see everything and can think clearly. He hide himself behind the watch display and took the broken pieces of the mirror. He used it as his way to look around without being noticed by the man who keeps on shooting on everything and everyone. Chester's eyes glisten when he found something that can help in immobilizing the mad man. So without wasting any time he removed his shoes waited for the man to turn around and jumped low, dive on the floor and quickly roll to the other side without being noticed. He timed his jumping whenever the man turns around. He did this till he reached the place where he wanted to be. People who are also hiding at the same time watching his moves are signaling for him not to do whatever it is that he's thinking but Chester thought that if they'll wait for the authorities to come then they might all end up dead before that happens. So Chester took the set of knives on the table that are being used by the promodiser in their live demonstrations. The table is wheeled which gave him a lot of advantage in moving the whole table of knives to a better location to have a better aim of the subject. Chester somehow felt relieve that Axel was able to teach him on how to throw knives before Terrence had him to stop teaching him at least in this kind of situation he was able to do anything.
He moves the whole table while hiding behind it stealthily and when he got the perfect aim and distance he took two knives and smoothly throws it one after another. The people heard the loud cry of the man in gun and the loud sound of his gun dropping on the floor. It was a perfect throw one knife pierce through to the man's right hand enabling him to use it and the second knife pierce though his left leg behind his knee. The people cheer for Chester but everything is still far from clear when someone shoot at his direction. Chester who felt the panic to run and dodged run and roll over which cause him to look for the place around him. It was already too late when he felt someone grabbed him and pulled him up.
"I got him!" The man who is grabbing him shouted.
"You've got him? That bitch just throw a dagger on me!"
"Who would have thought someone here has the guts! Hhhmmmm how surprising an Omega."
"Really an Omega?!" Chester looked at all the masked men, there were three of them all in all. He didn't expect them to be that many.
"He's quite pretty but I don't sense his scent though." The man who's holding him said.

Yes the original sketch of the tattoo is just of a Pheonix but Axel put 'My beloved Jules' sentence in script font that connects with the Pheonix tail. He covered his husband's marked with a tattoo to conceal to others that he has been marked but he doesn't want to erase his husband's ownership to his body so he included his name in the tattoo.
"It's beautiful, I feel really love that it scares me. You rarely spoiled me like this and most of the time I can't even tell if you really love me but it scares me really whenever you shows me that you love me it overwhelms me that I feel like I'm drowning in your love." Axel turned around and sat on Jules lap.
"Well you're the one who drown me with your love first." Axel leaned on his ear and whispered. "I'm just simply returning the favor."

"Don't take me for a week Omega, as far as I can remember I defeated you. Don't worry about the call getting traced I can hack it and be an unknown caller. Just answer the call in your phone if the caller is unknown." Axel got up and turned his back to Jules. "Time to work and if you don't want me divorcing you, you better answer your call." "Is this really normal?" Dexter asked as he sip his hot chocolate drink.
"It's pretty normal, your body is still repairing itself and since you're not an Omega or a female at that your body is not typically made for birthing so the healing takes a while." Aiden explained, the two agreed to meet to spend some quality time together so Lee left in charge with their house and of course with Lexter.

When Dexter went home he went straight to his son's room but didn't see Lexter there so he went to their own room and there he saw Lexter sleeping soundly on top of his father it seems both father and son took an afternoon nap. The two of them are so cute that Dexter took out his phone and captured the moment. He unknowingly smiled at the scene and made it his phone's cover photo. It was true that he's feeling insecure after giving birth. His breasts are swollen with milk and hurts if he won't be able to to get it out. His shirt is always soak with milk that he needs to wear breast pad if he ever wanted to go out in public. His stomach is not appealing as it was before, his abs is nowhere to be found and he got several stretch marks, he gained weight and he looks so stressed. Who said that pregnancy can make you glow cause right now all he feels is exactly the opposite. It took a lot of toll to his body that is not made to bare any child but looking at Lexter even if he given a chance to go back in time he wouldn't trade him for anything in this world.
Dexter lay down beside his sleeping husband, he closely watch how his chest rises up and down along with their baby in each breath that he takes. "I probably don't appeal that much to you now, even I don't see myself as sexy anymore." Dexter whispered. "But still I'm hoping that you will still love me the same. I may not show and say it that much to you but Lee you are everything to me. So please keep on loving me, don't look at anyone else." After saying that a faint smile appear on Lee's face.
"How long have you been awake?" Dexter asked while Lee still remain his eyes close.
"I guess when I felt someone lay down beside us. I need to be alert or someone might steal my baby." Lee said still having his eyes closed.
"I see." Dexter lay on his back so he's now looking at their ceiling.
"How's your meeting with Aiden? Did that made you feel better?" Lee asked.
"You really know me, We talked a little eat and then went on our separate ways. I went home and he said he'll go shopping, he said he wanted to buy something for both Lance and Lander."
"About what you said earlier, did I do something to make you feel that way?" Lee opened his eyes to looked at Dexter.
"No, but I feel really insecure about myself right now. It feels like this isn't my body, like it's owned by a stranger. We did it a couple of times now and I can tell that you were not enjoying it as much as we did back then which made you touch me less to none at all. I feel like my body doesn't appeal you that much." Dexter followed Aiden's advice and told his husband all his insecurities. He waited for Lee to answer him back but the Alpha didn't answer him instead he got up and put their baby inside the crib next to their bed, then he came back on top of him. "Lee? "My son's feed from them though originally I was the one who first got fed from them, I'm just letting Lexter borrowed them for now." Lee smirked at him. (Anyways this is an emergency, you need to find Terrence fasts! After you found him you have to go to the Miller's hospital. Everything is a mess right now. Chester is in the police station for questioning. I already sent a lawyer but you must first go to the hospital bring Terrence with you.)
"But why there? Shouldn't we go to where Chester is?" Lee said eh purposely didn't mention the hospital cause he knows that Dexter will be worried.
(Don't ask anymore questions just go look to where Terrence is. Right now we are also trying our best to find a matching blood. So pleas find Terrence.)
Lee can tell that it was a very urgent situation so after the phone call he pulled out of his husband. "What was that about?" Dexter asked.
"No it's nothing Honey, Lance is just asking something to surprise Aiden so he urgently needed my help. You know happy wife happy life. He learned that from me. Cause I always tells them that when you're happy our life is filled with happiness." Dexter let Lee go to his friends and he cleaned himself up and sleep a little. Mean while Lee has been calling Terrence but the later is not answering. He took he's car keys and asked one of the butler's to prepare his car for him. He was wearing his jacket when the news in the television caught his attention. "Fuck! Chester what did you do?" Lee muttered to himself.
