"Since this lady booked the last room, would you mind sharing it with me? I will sleep on the ground and I will respect your privacy. I assume you probably already heard the rumors that I'm gay so you have nothing to fear."
Hearing his lord's shameful words, hinting he was gay without actually confirming it, Umbra who was hiding almost burst into tears.
His lord really had to stoop low in order to gain this girl's attention.
Even though it was hard to see his lord groveling for such a young girl, he got over it by thinking it was for his lords happiness and he would support his lord to the fullest to get this unique and peerless, talented girl.
When the words that were spoken, were finally digested by Luna who had stood dumfounded on the middle of the stairs thinking she must have heard wrongly, a sly, cunning glance flashed through her eyes.
Looks like she hooked an amazing fish that was this dedicated to her after just one kiss and she didn't plan to ever let him go again.
Seeing Alaric try his best to suppress his longing for her she found him incredibly cute. This was going to be fun, let's see how long he was going to be able to keep up this act.
Luna bowed gracefully towards prince Alaric which caused him to see her slender beautiful neck and perfectly shaped collarbone.
He gulped and pressed down the desire that was rising in him.
Seeing the men around him gaze at Luna with strong lust in their eyes, he couldn't stop himself from glaring at them with his murder filled pitch black eyes which caused the men around them to avert their eyes with surprise, they didn't know the fifth prince who was known to be cold could actually produce such strong killing intent as well.
Luna chuckled in satisfaction, she had achieved what she wanted.
Her bell like laughter made Alaric warm inside while he gazed at her with anticipation.
He really hoped she would allow him to stay with her.
When Umbra had reported that she was leaving Pullus forest he had rushed to this inn having predicted that she would spend the night here and had carried out this plan.
He wanted to protect her this way from all those dirty, lecherous men who might want to try something after she was asleep.
Even though that was the reason he had told Umbra, his main reason was that he missed her and wanted to spend as much time with her as possible.
Looking into Alaric's highly attracting eyes, Luna said with a graceful voice, "How could I deny your highness's request. I have absolute faith that your highness would not do anything unbefitting."
When he got her permission he was happy but didn't know why he felt a little jealous.
Maybe it was because he was in disguise and she had allowed another man, even though it was him, other than him to get close to her.
The conflicted emotions couldn't escape Luna's perceptible eyes which caused a gleeful smile to break free on her magnificent face, captivating everyone present.
Alaric was already suffering over something so small and she wasn't going to stop teasing him until he reveals his true self to her, that was going to be the cost of trying to deceive her.
Because Alaric was too busy analyzing his emotions, he didn't notice Luna's wicked smile and cunning gaze that was aimed towards him.
Umbra had upon seeing that gaze realized in shock that Luna must have already seen through his lords disguise which he thought was impossible but his shock became even bigger when Luna threw a warning glare his way.
Normally no one was capable of persevering his presence but she had found him effortlessly, how long had she known?
Umbra couldn't know that thanks to her past life as a godly assassin she had a heightened sense of perceptiveness and easily would be able to spot good hiding places because she had already mastered that skill back then.
Umbra let out a soundless sigh, looks like he was going to have to keep something from his lord yet again and he made a silent prayer for his lord in his heart, knowing that his lord was going to suffer by the hands of this little demoness.
Maybe he should take an acting class to better his acting skills in his free time because it became clear to him that he was going to need it in the future.
