<Haru POV>
"That's a wonderful dream, Haru-kun. I will surely visit your coffee shop when you open it. "
"By the way, Masao-san, how do the devils let you guys run a business in their territory?"
"That's simple, this isn't their territory, and they just rented the territory from us. We can still do our normal business while they run the official stuff. "
"I see, well then if that's all. I will take my leave. As you already know, I have a coffee shop to open and probably a long discussion with Jyutori about how I want the place made. See you later sir. "
After leaving the office, Jyutori told me to follow him to a different office where we could talk about how I wanted the building to look and how I wanted to have the interior done.
Designing your own shop was a lot harder than I thought it would be and after two hours of non-stop changes, I finally had the perfect shop and house for me.
I also got to know Jyutori a little bit more and I've got to say, he's a good guy and it will be worth having a friend like him that won't use you as a pawn for the greater good…
He told me that the house would be finished in seven hours and that I should just pass the time until they remade it.
Of course, I was happy with this. I plan to abuse the shit out of [ID-Night Goblins]
As I was walking towards my old home, I felt something wrong, as if the space around me stopped a boy. Oh boy how close I was to the truth.
When I turned my head to look behind me, I saw a maid with silver hair walking towards me.
I've got to say that she was beautiful, the perfect MILF and with her looks, she could destroy a man just with her looks. Unfortunately for her, no woman exists or will be born capable of destroying the ultimate anti-thot weapon: [Gamer's Mind].
Seeing her closing the distance between us, I smiled and waved at her before I disappeared from her view.
<Grayfia POV>
He … disappeared? Impossible! According to reports, he was a Low-Class, possibly a Mid-Class being who possessed nothing that could teleport him.My barrier is one of the best that someone could create. Not even my husband could escape from it without causing a massive explosion that can be compared to a nuke.
We really underestimated him and my stupid niece had to meddle with the wrong being. One family wasn't enough trouble for us. Now we have an enigmatic teenager that could beat Rias. Though Sona said that the boy wasn't hostile to them and Rias was the one that tried to force him. *Sigh * It seems that being an idiot really runs in their blood…
<Haru POV >
That was one scary encounter. Thankfully, I managed to enter the dungeon, or I would have been killed by her.
Looking around, I discovered myself inside a massive cave, no, a massive cave system.Hey [Game] what are those night goblins?
[The Night Goblins are truly creatures of the darkness, for they mortally hate the light of any source, preferring instead to live in near-total darkness. A subterranean species, these Night Goblins are only known to ever leave their caves and hideout only in the darkest of nights, where even the moonlight can have the potential to hurt their light-sensitive skin. On the rarest occasions when they do come out during the day-time, they always wear extremely dark or black colored robes that help to hide their skin from the searing sun. Though they are considered slightly smaller, scrawnier, and much more cowardly than even the average Goblin, what they lack in size and stature they make up for with sheer psychotic abandonment.]
So they fight in the dark and their weakness is light. That's quite a unique way of fighting, but nonetheless the best advantage against unsuspecting foes.
You say that they are weak to light, but doesn't the light produced by these mushrooms hurt them?
[Their bodies have adapted to this light and most of them won't be burned by it, but of course, a vast majority of them will be burned the second the light touches them]
I call that bullshit.
[Do you think someone cares about your opinion?]
No?
[At least you know that]
Seeing the [Game] is quite moody, I decided that I should use my time to grind some levels and items from this dungeon.
Summoning my undead legion, I was surprised to find out that they didn't have any problems in pitch-black darkness and they could "see" without a problem. From what Athar told me, they could feel the living and they could fight even in complete darkness.
What can I say, I love my undead legion.
Marching through the dark tunnels, we didn't meet even one thing that could be alive other than the mushrooms that sometimes light our path.
My undead didn't feel anything close to us, but from what Athar said, if we follow this tunnel we will find a huge mass of living beings. Most likely night goblins, which makes me really curious about them and what differences normal goblins and night goblins have.
After another ten minutes of marching through the tunnel, we found our target. An underground settlement. The only difference between this settlement and the one from the goblin dungeon were the walls.
The walls that surround this settlement are made from stone, which may be a problem as the catapults that I have may not be able to damage the wall.
Unfortunately for me, I didn't expect the goblins to notice us, as we were quite far away from the settlement, but the thing that they did really surprised me.
After the initial shock and panic, the goblins armed themselves and took the walls, preparing for combat in case we would attack. As we watched them getting ready, a slightly bigger night goblin walked on the walls. I could barely see the weapon in his hand, but I was pretty sure that he was wielding a staff.
My shitty luck made my first target a fucking shaman village.
While I was cursing my luck, the goblin yelled something and I was surprised that I could understand him.
"Necromancer, what does the da Lokuck Tribe help you with?"
Lokuck Tribe?
[A no-name tribe, don't worry about them]
[Quest Created – Goblin Slayer
Kill all of the goblins in the Crook Moon Tribe (0/2124)
Reward: General bodyguard unit (50 soldiers), Title – Goblin Slayer.]
Taking the catapults from my inventory, I had ten skeleton archers use them while the rest of my army would follow me into the battle.
While the night goblins are weak against fire, I decided to be a shameless bastard and use the only light I could create and that was a deadly fireball. This is basically a normal fireball that deals death damage.
Destroying some rocks from the walls, I had my undead put them in the catapult. When the rocks are loaded, I put two fireballs on top of the rocks and once the rocks are launched, they will catch on fire.
You have to love how easy magic makes my life sometimes.
When the two fire rocks hit the settlement, the cries of the goblins filled the silent cave.
Taking a quick look at the quest, I saw that 69 goblins were killed in that one attack. Ha, nice.
I had my catapults continue to harass the goblins for one whole hour before they marched out of the settlement to get revenge on me.
From the initial 2124 goblins, only, 1000 remained alive.
As the goblins rushed to us, my archers and catapults rained death on them and by the time the goblins managed to hit my frontlines, more than 600 goblins were lying dead on the rocky floor of the cave.
The engagement was a short one and after only two minutes, no goblin could be felt or seen by my undead.
[Quest Completed– Goblin Slayer
Kill all of the goblins in the Crook Moon Tribe (2124/2124)
Reward: General bodyguard unit (50 soldiers), Title – Goblin Slayer.]
[Congratulations on gaining the unique bodyguard unit – The army of Anubis]
[Army of Anubis -The Army of Anubis was made up of thousands of nine-foot-tall (274.32 cm) muscular humanoids with heads that resembled that of jackals. Many wore a headdress similar to that worn by ancient Egyptian pharaohs as well as golden armor and jewelry, some wearing piercings. Equipped with razor-sharp teeth, armed with double-bladed-edged axes and spears, and able to run at incredible speeds, the jackal-beasts craved blood and violence, fearing nothing.
Effects: Grow with their king –this bodyguard unit will grow and get stronger as the king grows stronger. They will be one tier weaker than their king.
Current Power (Individual soldier): High Normal Supernatural - 50 units
Next Power: Low-Class - 100 units]
[Title unlocked]
[Title-Goblin Slayer – The goblins will fear you and most of them will try to kill you so that you won't haunt them and bring fear to their race]
[Double the power of your army by two times when outnumbered by at least 2 to 1]
[Goblins will form huge hunting parties to find you]
Smiling a bit at my new title and bodyguard, I feel grateful to Jihan for giving me this chance.
After I summon my new bodyguards, I had my entire legion march to the nearest goblin settlement or hunting party.
Thankfully, this settlement gained me over 5 levels, bringing my total level to 37.
After five hours of marching and exterminating the goblins, I earned 15 levels, which made me a level 52 Tomb king.
Another good surprise was the fact that I unlocked a new construct: A Tomb Scorpion.
Unfortunately, I could only create two of them. Not because it was hard to get the things needed for it, but because I could sustain more than two on my own.
For me to have more constructs, I would need a hero unit, a Necrotect that could construct more constructs for me. Unfortunately, I didn't meet the requirements for one and I'm pretty sure that they will be quite pricy.
[Tomb Scorpion – Mid-Class
Requirements: Construct slot (Construct name)-500 bodies, 3000 MP, 100KG of rocks
Role on the battlefield –Create chaos in the enemy's lines, hold the enemy in place.
Another good thing that happened once I hit level 50, was the ability to have two classes at the same time, which means that I could level up another class and gain even more power in the same amount of time.
Without wasting any time, I picked Warrior-Monk for my second class.
[Warrior-Monk –Class
Level 1/100
At every level, you will gain +10 VIT, +10 STR, +10 DEX
You will learn all weapon-related skills 50% faster.
Grants the passive skill mind of a monk –User won't be distracted by anything when he trains.]
Quite a good class, I may say. While it won't give so many good things like the Tomb King class, it could still help me get stronger in the stats that I lack a lot.
Let's say I was level 20 and my VIT stat was 300; after I became a Low-Class, all of my stats, except LUK, increased to 500.With the +5 per level, and with 32 levels, that means that right now I have 660 VIT, which is quite a lot.( A/N: Why TF does my stat calculation appear here)
Looking at my phone, I saw that I still had two hours to spare, so I decided to summon some more undead and continue my grinding experience in both of my classes.
Creation is hard, cheer me up!
