Leticia honestly said to Hugh. She gulped down her saliva in nervousness.

She didn't sugarcoat her words and said what she had to say, Leticia braced herself for what kind of response she would get from him.

Since she decided to communicate with him and not just assume things and act like she had a telepathy that could read him, she thought this was better.

Leticia prepared herself for what kind of cold words she would get from him.

Meanwhile, Listening to her words made Hugh grip his thigh unconsciously.

He never really sees how things might go for Leticia. He knew but he acted like he didn't. And that was his fault.
