"Duke Li.. this is a fight yet you are not armed…" Vice Commander Al uttered when Li Qiang just calmly stood across him.

"I am not," the latter spoke in a somewhat… bored tone. "I'm hungry."

Vice Commander eyed the other Vice commanders. All of them had the 'I told you so' expression on their faces. Someone didn't bother hiding the disgust that they have for Li Qiang.

After Li Qiang lift the camp, these people bombarded him with questions about his decision.

How could he fight against a useless civilian?

How could he agree to this useless fight?

And most importantly, why did he choose to let Li Qiang take the lead in planning the rescue operation?

Why the hell would he listen to the Duke?

Was it because he was scared of the Duke?

Did the duke offer him anything?

It was absurd, they said.
