Prologue.1

Do you ever believe in magic? Have you seen it? Or can you feel it? At this time right now I believe there are no people who will believe in magic, we know that magic is a fairytale-like the story of the witch or a popular story from your folktale who has magic in it. Talking about magic will only leave you to a question, are magic is real? Or is it just a fabricated story for children? Either way, we don't know the truth about it but what if I told you all of the story around the world about magic was the truth? Will you believe it? Well, there's no way you will believe it same as me, even I don't believe it too until I experience it myself. It took me a hard way to make me believe in magic, magic was the one that changes the fate of the world.

February 28, 20XX, somewhere inside a dorm room in the morning there is a sound of a big yawn surrounding the room. That yawn came from a boy with dark brown eyes and deep black hair. That boy is me, though my head is bald right now with a good-looking face and a better body figure because my look is now older than my actual age with muscle all over my body, I think you can think of me as a nearly perfect youth.

by the way, my name is Galen, Galen Asraf.

I'm 18 years old and I was a high school student, my life at high school it's not worth to mention. I was nobody at my school, as right now I've been dropped out. Now, I'm in someplace known as Dorm of People. It's a pretty lame name, but this place was really nice to people who have a problem with society like me. I enjoy my life in this place, they don't charge people who were living here any fee. The kids at this place have been taught to control their self and emotion, study regularly the thing about any common job or common sense in society, and sometimes we also practice some sports. Sports are not really important for this place yet they still allow us to do that kind of stuff and sometimes we were taught about martial arts. They said that it's good for our self-defense though it's not necessary.

This dorm, to be honest, is more like a place for youth to rehabilitate from their past. This place was built by some millionaires who like to help youth that have trouble with their life, like broken home kids, lost kids, abandoned kids, or even suicidal people. This place is for those who need help in society. And for now, that's enough talking about this place.

'slap!'

The sound of a smash at my forehead can be heard from the room.

"wake up lazy rat, time to practice! We're going to wipe the floor again if we are late, you know!"

This guy is my roommate, his name is Andrian, Andrian Vega. He's a guy that looks like a playboy. But because of the regulation from the dorm, our hair has to be bald in our first year. He looks really hilarious to be bald while having that playboy's face, it does not suit him at all.

"shut up, I'm already awake, fully awake after looking at your ridiculous face and head."

"stop making a joke with my face and head again okay, I just need to endure this humiliation for three months, then the teacher will allow me to grow my hair back"

"what? You're going to have hair? Is this a nightmare? No, I don't want to see that, please God don't make it happen!"

"you…, you really wanna die huh?"

"stop with the jokes. Let's go, we're going to be late."

I ignored andrian and ran through the hallway, leaving Andrian behind me.

"Heyy wait you little shit, I will rip out your jaw come here"

"how scary... Hahaha."

This dorm has its own concept of rehabilitation which has the same concept as when someone wants to become a monk/priest.

The owner of this dorm belief that one of the easiest ways to cure people with a broken past is to make the person itself reborn or changed to be able to control their self from the bottom of their heart if someday they will go out from this place they are going to have a strong heart and mind so they are not making themselves fall to the pit of despair again. This concept has been proved by them as the effective one, the proof was all of the people who already graduated from this dorm have a normal life in society. Some of them even have a successful career.

When someone finishes their rehabilitation from this dorm, the teachers will give them a task to make sure that they can go back to society. After you finish all the tasks given by them, this dorm going to give you everything you need to pursue your dream so you can be encouraged. For example, if you want to be a YouTuber, they will facilitate to some extent and finding you a tutor from the person that is successful in this career, or if you want to become a writer, they are going to facilitate you with some laptop or a Personal Computer and material reference at your room.

"Morning"

"oooh it's you guys, morning to you two"

This guy is the owner of this place, the millionaire that I mentioned before, and a rehabilitator or what we call the teacher in here. His name is Tian Wessel, he is often called Teacher Wessel or we just call him a teacher.

"So today what are we going to practice teach?"

Andrian asked the teacher.

"well, we have the schedule today so no practice for today. We are going to the beach at the back of this hill first and help some fishermen there this noon. For tomorrow, we will help the villager at this bottom of the hill to harvest and..."

Before he finishes his sentence, I interrupted his voice.

"wait, isn't that too much? There's only the two of us in here."

"who said only the two of you?"

"huh??"

"yo Galen, Andrian. Morning"
