The Revens teleported next to a building that looked run-down. Isabell and Meredith instantly raised their weapons. Garfield waved his hands, and a dome made of light covered them. They all held their breath as a troll passed them. The troll was swamp green and was covered in warts. It stopped and sniffed the air.

Bruno reached for the swords that were on his back. A hand stopped him. Vincent laid his hand on his shoulder and put a finger to his lips. He shook his head and slowly lowered his other hand. This signal meant everyone should stay still and not move.

Bruno eased his hands away from his weapons and nodded in understanding. The troll bent down on all four of his limbs. He sniffed and licked the ground. The troll stood suddenly and cackled. It spoke a language no one present understood. It squatted and jumped over 100 meters.
