Chapter 123: 123. Reaching For The Stars!

"AHHH!" Lance sat up quickly. His sudden jump startled Sharna and Elandra.

"Yo-you're alive!" Sharna quickly grabbed Lance and hugged him tightly, refusing to let go.

"What happened?" Elandra sat off to the side holding a white oval.

"Oh, shit" While holding his aching head, Lance tried to rise to his feet, but Sharna wouldn't let go, "Just for a second, please." He looked at Sharna with pleading eyes.

Reluctantly, Sharna released him and stared at Lance as he walked over to Elandra.

"She just fell and turned into this. I-I-I don't K-know what happened." This is the first time Lance has seen Elandra so concerned and distort. Normally the strong woman is so composed and almost emotionless.

"It's okay!" Lance placed one hand on Elandra while giving her a gentle smile, and then he placed his other hand on Vixen.
