The next day quickly arrived. Kaitlyn was still on her bedroom laying down thinking about the future events she has to do. To her, dealing with the mother and daughter duos was easy. Their little schemes were nothing to her. Since her age was still 13, she has 6 more years to change the future.
While analyzing her plans, her door slowly opened with a creaking sound. Looking on her right, she noticed a man which resembles her ruby eyes and handsome face.
"Catherine?" The man called out her name slowly.
"Good morning father, I'm awake now," Kaitlyn replied. She slowly sat on her bed making a rustling sound.
On the other hand her father's face was relieved and full of joy. Seeing her daughter fine, he quickly walked to her bedside and sat there.
"How are you feeling?" Her father asked. His voice has a hint of concern.
Kaitlyn was dumbfounded. She didn't know what to do in this situation, so she slowly replied while her head looked down, "I-I'm fine now, I guess. My head feels much better compared to yesterday."
With a deep sigh, her father patted her head. Kaitlyn was again, dumbstruck. Her heart began to pound abruptly. Something was surging inside her heart, a foreign feeling she has never felt. Is this what they call, a parents love?
"I'm relieved to see that your okay. It must be the things I said yesterday right? I'm sorry," her father then hugged her extremely tight that made her suffocate for a second.
"Ah, it's okay father. I understand you want to move on from the pass," she paused for a moment before saying, "It did send me quite a shock, but it seems you really want to marry her, so of course I will agree on what you choose," with a bright smile, Kaitlyn moved closer and kissed her father's cheek, "I'll support your choices."
Her father now was dumbfounded. He thought she won't agree because of her look yesterday, but it seems she changed heart and thought carefully about it today.
"I thought you don't like the idea of me marrying to another woman?" He looked at his daughter who still smiling so sweetly.
"I changed my mind. I'm also thinking about your happiness," she replied.
"What a sweet daughter I have," her father was touched and patted her head.
"Then I shall quickly go back to my office, remember we will meet them today in the afternoon, don't forget to dress up neatly okay?"
Kaitlyn nodded then said, "Ok."
Her father then stood up and left the room. The spacious room was quiet again. Kaitlyn was now back at her cold and intimidating aura.
In her memory, she will be meeting the mother and daughters today. She also thought of just rejecting her father's proposal but that won't work since she has to take them down for Catherine's sake. So the only plan is for them to be here and the game will slowly start to play.
Thinking about it, Kaitlyn was quite excited about what the future may look like if the tables are again turned. Just thinking about the mother and daughter duos faces made when they are being crushed by her hands made her heart skip a beat, "This should be fun, right Catherine?" Looking outside her balcony, she remembered the one who gave her a chance to live again and was grateful towards her, "Don't worry I will make sure to play with them in my heart's content," she called out a maid outside and proceeded to prepare her routine.
"What would you like to wear today miss?" The maid said and picked up a blue, white and pink dress for her.
"The white please," the maid then started to dress her up.
'Just wait Crucibell family, I'll give you the most loving days in your stay here at the MacQuin mansion!!!'
