As Xuan Yang's gaze fell on the slightly downcast figure of Xu Feng, time seemed to slow down, allowing him to take in every detail of the silver haired ger's appearance. 

The contrast between the two was stark yet complementary—the young master with his sleek black hair, noir eyes, and reserved expression, and Xu Feng, the village ger with striking silver locks, an androgynous face, and the bright red mole as a center piece, normally more energetic but now displaying a hint of vulnerability.

"So cute," Xuan Yang couldn't help but summarize his thoughts as he observed Xu Feng. Despite the situation, or perhaps because of it, Xu Feng exuded an irresistible charm that tugged at his heartstrings. 

He felt an overwhelming desire to shower their new scholar in kisses, to express his affection in the most tender of ways. Without words, because often times as soon as he opened his mouth, he and Xu Feng would get into a tongue lashing battle.
