Chapter 5: Getting known
After Huo Lei saw this, he opend the statwindow and saw that he had three unused statpoints. He decided to wait with using them, since the situation later on could be that stats would become rarer, or that a unknown problem could arise later on. Anyway, he didnt think much since he was so hungry he could eat a horse, so he put the dagger in the shop window, and went to the kitchen to make some food. When Huo Lie got to the kitchen, he took some chiken breast and placed them on the oven. When he was done with dinner and cleaning, he heard the doorbell, and steps in the hall, but they sounded hurried. when he walked out from the kitchen, he saw a goldenhaired, red eyed fair lady about 16 years of age.
She was breathing heavly, like she had ran for a long time. when she heard the door open, she turned around and saw Huo Lei, while he saw her apperance. She had a beutifull face, and a good body that would give models a green face. The only thing he didnt like was the black collar and the taterd clothes that looked like a potato bag. Suddenly they heard voices from the alley, and she looked trrified and ran up to the second floor, ran in at a room and locked the door.
Just after three men came storming in and looked around, while they opened different doors at the first floor. After a while, one of the men approached Huo Lei and asked with a hoarse voice: "have you seen a beutifull slave here? Huo Lei thought about the girl who just were there, and answeard: what if she was? What would happen, and why do you think she would hide at a smithy?"
The man who asked thought for a while and said: "we would take her back, and we think she is here bacause this is the only place to hide. Now, can we search this area, or do we have to hurt you? he said while lokking at Huo Lei. After the man said this, Huo Lei got annoyed and said with a cold, chilling voice: If you think you can just barge in here, and do what you want as you own this place, then it would have to be over my cold, dead body!! Huo Lei than grapped the arm of the man who just talked, and shattered it. The man screamed of agony, while his companions drew their weapons, 2 daggers, and ran at Huo Lei. But for him it seemed as they didnt move in the eyes of Huo Lei. He took 1 step to the left, and tackled the idiot closest to him and punched the other one. after that he took their daggers, Said in a calm voice: [transmutation] and shaped their daggers as long, thick needles and stabbed them in the thigs, before he tossed them outside.
