Jake just nods not trying to get yelled at by his emotional friend. " You're never quiet... What's wrong?" Alex asks, noticing that he seems pointy and purple. " Nothing. And I'm always quiet. I just feel like something bad is coming." Jake practically whispers. " Something bad is always happening! We are treated like -" " That's because we are." Jake says cutting off Alex. "No, we are not. We are just a little different... I hate this just as much as you do." Alex says trying not to cry. " I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you mad." Jake moves to awkwardly hug his friend.
