He was pretty sure this was his distant cousin getting even with him for pulling a fast one and making the older man miss the meeting with the Hierophant when they had their little powwow.

While it was probably necessary to learn the family history of the Tellus bloodline for his inevitable inheritance, there was no way Mattheus could be convinced he had to learn it now.
