Chapter 65: Pursuit

"Oh no," She muttered under her breath as she turned sharply and started fleeing away.

She heard the Queen's voice from behind but that wouldn't make her stop running. She couldn't be caught. She didn't want to implicate herself and her maid.

"Stop right there, you wretched maid" Margaret yelled from behind. She did something she never thought she would do, she lifted her high skirt and began hunting the maid who had bumped into her, to teach her to behave.

How rude was the servant to flee when the queen called her, and Margaret had never thought she would be in this position. 

She clenched her teeth furiously in pursuit of the maid who had caused her pain and still refused to be punished.

All she wanted was to lay her hand on the brat and she would ensure that the maid would never breathe properly like she was doing now.
