Chapter 34: Chapter 33

"How is he doing?" Amberella walks over to us, squatting down to get a better look at him. She was about to place her hand on his forehead, but then stopped, looking at me for permission.I just got him back in my arms and I was getting paranoid that if someone even breathed around him he would disappear in mid air.

Amberella places her hand on my shoulder. "It's okay Everest I won't hurt him I promise." She promises. I looked at her for a long time, debating with myself if I should let her.

Moving his head from my chest, I nodded my head and she took my answer by placing her hand on his forehead. "Jesus fucking Christ, he is so cold. What did they do to him?" She breathes out while moving her hand to his cheek.

"They had him in this cold ass room." I looked over towards a wall where there were ropes being attached to the wall just like my room back at the Castle but this was worse.
