Chapter 135: The Silver-eyed Hellkin (Part 5)
{Meanwhile...}
Far above the green forest there lies Arex, the Archangel and 10 Angel Primes, preparing a massive Holy Magic spell to ensure the obliteration of two Hellkins that are higher ranked than themselves.
"This amount of Holy Magic can guarantee to eradicate any Hellkin below U rank." one of the Angel Primes said.
"That is correct. However, we are facing a Superior Archdemon. We must ensure it cannot escape." Arex said.
"If I may ask...how did you find the Hellkins?" another Angel Prime asked.
"A human named Kain Void has found them...until he was human. He is also the one who saved me from killing innocent lives. For that, I would've become a Fallen." Arex said.
"He 'was' human?" a female Angel Prime tilted her head.
Arex looked down again at the forest again to observe the battlefield until...
*Booom!*
An explosion was heard in the distance below them. They looked down and see a white dome accompanied by multi-colored lightning shooting about.
"What is that magic? That doesn't look like Light or Holy Magic." one of the Angel Primes said with concern.
"Archangel Arex, are you sure the human named Kain is not involved with this explosion?"
{Now...}
*...aaaaaAAAAAA---!*
I exit from my rift and began falling from the sky screaming. I had no choice as Chaos Magic is unpredictable and could damage my body AND soul!
I see a giant white ball in the sky below me and is getting closer. I used Wind Magic to propel myself, but it won't stop my descent. If I crash into it, I'll ruin the plan that I made.
"Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit, oh shit, oh shit, oh shit!" I yelled and cursed that the giant ball of Holy Magic is coming closer as I fall.
"SHIIIII--!!"
*PAANNGGG!!*
I fall face first into a barrier that protected the ball of Holy Magic which let off a metallic sound. The impact caused a ripple in the barrier and then faded away after a few moments.
My face became flat and smothered by the flat surface of the barrier shielding the magic. I got up on my knees and looked around to see that there are 10 Angel Primes and Arex is leading them.
"Hey, Arex. Fancy meeting you here again." I said in a comical manner.
"Are you Kain? Kain Void the human?" a male Angel Prime asked.
"Yes, I am Kain Void, the human. Or was. Because, you know...them horns." I said, pointing the horns on my head. "I'm an Oni now."
"How did you become one if you were human?" a female Angel Prime asked.
I simply shrugged my shoulders; I really don't know how did I become like this. I drank some alcohol and this happened.
"The white light down there, what was that?" Arex asked.
"That...was Chaos Magic." I answered.
"C-Chaos Magic!?" Arex exclaimed. My response also shocked the other angels as well.
"Good thing I got Space Magic or I would've been in trouble for real." I said, scratching my head.
I looked down at the bright ball of Holy Magic that is at least 3 times the size of my entire body. With this amount, it could kill the Hellkins instantly.
"Anyway, there is good and bad news." I said. "Good news is that the Hellkins are caught in the explosion. Bad news is that my friend, Zala may be caught in the explosion."
"Zala?" a male angel said in question.
"His horse." Arex answered. She then turned to me. "The Holy Magic is ready, but it is still growing to increase the chances of defeating the Hellkins."
"Good. But right now, the two Hellkins are still alive. I can still sense them, although barely." I said.
I use my Space Magic to bring my halberd to my hands and luckily, it's unharmed. I don't know how, but it's fine since it's still usable.
"I'm going back down." I said. I walked on the barrier, causing ripples in the barrier. I looked down and see the aftermath of the explosion in the distance below.
The opening was even larger in the center of the forest. The green that was once there was scorched bare to the ground in contrast to the rest that is untouched.
Then suddenly, I felt a pulse coming from that clearing. Arex and the others are also affected.
*BRREEP!!* *BREEEP!!* *BREEEP!!!*
[Warning! Hostile enemy Hellkin evolution detected!]
You gotta be shitting me...I tried to avoid using Holy Magic as I could force him to use Inferno Magic. Although I have resistance for it, I can't get hit carelessly.
"This sensation...this must be..." Arex balked, but I know what it is.
"That Hellkin is evolving into a Demon Lord." I said. The angels were shocked by this.
"Then this plan of yours..." Arex said with great concern.
"It will be changed. Just a little." I said.
I opened a screen and began evolving my equipment so I can evolve myself as well.

After the message the armor, the cloak, and my halberd began glowing brightly. The armor of mine glowed blue, then it glowed purple, and then it turned orange. My cloak also turned purple and then suddenly red just like my Halberd.
*FWIISH!!*
The lights dissipated and gave my armor and weapons a new form. The tiger pelt armor has now have metal shoulder plates, metal chestplate, and is long sleeved. The pants also have metal knee plates in the shape of a tiger head.
For my halberd, its head is bigger, redder, and more menacing. It now has a skull with glowing red and purple gemstones in its eyes. The blades on the halberd has a flame like spear and a wavy axe heads on the sides.
For my cloak, it has onyx gemstones and golden outlines. It's also longer too.
I should check my stats for my equipment.

I jumped high into the air and then I dove straight down.

After the message, veins began bulging all over my body, pumping blood much more strongly and rapidly. My muscles also tensed up considerably and began tearing itself apart and repairing itself rapidly.
"Grrgh!" I gritted my teeth from the pain as this was nothing compared to unlocking my hidden skills. But that was the prelude.

Flames appeared on my shoulder, then my horns, and soon my entire body. Inside and out, everything began burning.
I tried to scream, but my vocal chords are scorched along with it. I cannot speak, I cannot scream, but my mind and body screams.
Even though it's painful, I must survive no matter what. I must survive until I reach my goal.
