Prologue: Sunrise

Walking slowly while his eyes had a slight change in the shape of his pupils, the boy sighed tiredly. So much had happened to get this far and all he got was suffering.

Looking to his sides, the boy saw his two childhood friends. Both had grown up, now they were men just like him, each with different ideals. Revenge, self-improvement, no, he had none of those, those were qualities of the two men beside him, he was no protagonist, so he could not imagine himself trying to be Hokage or seeking revenge against the murderer of his family.
But still... he wanted to have a reason to live, no, he was wrong, he already had some reasons to live, four in total.
So, looking ahead, the boy could see the ashen-skinned man, the man who obtained the greatest power in the world was in front of them, holding a staff and with strange black spheres floating behind his back.
"You can't beat me, I'm practically immortal now, I've reached eternity!"
Stammering a few words, the man slammed the staff against the ground, making the earth tremble, but this was not enough to intimidate these three boys, after all they had already lived through worse.
"We will defeat you!"
Concentrating all the chakra nature, the golden-haired boy's body began to glow intensely, at the same time, two staffs appeared in his hands and strange spheres debuted behind his back. On the other hand, the boy belonging to the Uchiha clan, unsheathed the katana and opened his eyes slowly, thus showing the cursed eyes, the Rinnegan.
Meanwhile, the latter looked at the sky and sighed. Taking the broken dagger, he caused the chakra to transform, turning that dagger into a sword of fire capable of disintegrating everything. His eyes glowed in an intense light blue color as well, showing an X in the pupil.
"I see, then it will be my power against yours."
Nodding in approval, the man with the staff prepared himself for the fight.
Instantly, the three boys launched into the attack, but surprisingly the man parried them with ease, returning the blow multiplied by two.
The boys flew off in different directions.
When they landed, the X-eyed boy picked himself up off the ground and clasped his hands together.
"Shakuton!"
Almost instantly, his arms were engulfed in the flames that are capable of destroying everything.
In response, the man smiled and used the hidden power of his left eye, which was also the Rinnegan.
"I can see it."
But the boy's eyes glowed with a strange X shape in the pupil, seeing strange clones of the man moving in a joint dimension.
The man was surprised by this, he didn't expect someone like that impure-blooded boy to be able to see the Limbo clones, but still that wouldn't be enough.
"Don't get distracted!"
Appearing quickly and holding the two canes in his hands, the blond-haired boy gave a strong double blow against the man's face, but the man only smiled while looking at the boy, the blow had not scratched him at all.
"What the-?
Taking a blow from the staff, the boy shot out against a large pile of rocks that made up a large mountain. The roar was so loud, all the surviving ninja of this catastrophe looked on helplessly.
But this did not stop the boy who had the Rinnegan in one of his eyes, since, holding the katana with one hand, and igniting the chidori in the other, he appeared in front of the man, trying to hit him, but failed because the man was faster and could block him with the staff, and then repeat the same attack as with the golden-haired boy.
(Damn...)
His two childhood friends couldn't do anything against that man, but this wasn't going to stop them.
"Madara!"
Staring with glowing eyes, the boy lunged forward as he swung the flaming sword.
"Asahi Toru!"
With a grin, Madara also lunged at Toru, holding the staff in his hand and preparing to kill this half-breed Uchiha.
At the same time, the sun began to rise in the sky, thus showing.. the beautiful sunrise, a sunrise with the color of death in its sun.
