Simon was preparing for his appointment with the Queen today. As a man or young boy now, he thinks that he doesn't need to bother that much; he feels that he just needs to be a little presentable, then everything will be alright although the truth is that he had no desire to waste time preparing.
However, when he crossed his mother's smile smiling, he suddenly feels the desire to adopt a posture similar to that of a ninja ready to fight.
After being constantly conveying his hair and throwing elegant clothes made by his mother, which was hardly surprising given the artistic talent of the elves, he wore a charming aspect of a small assassin with his hood.
Simon couldn't help but feel that why bother spending so much time preparing when everything can be done easily and simply by simply picking some clothes randomly.
When Simon saw that the old Edan is her, he said goodbye to his mother and leave with him.
On the way, the old Edan informed him: "The meeting of today is not only the Queen, but also the members of the Council of the Elder, because it concerns the whole race."
Simon feels a tip of disappointment, because the reason why he did not reveal himself in Old Edan about his vision but expressed his desire to meet the Queen was precisely to avoid this meeting with the Council of the Elder.
Having studied the history of the elves, he was aware that decisions concerning the race had to be taken with their approval.
Unfortunately, he had a little flattering opinion of the Council, because many of the members had described his invention of pure waste time and most importantly because they have a completely different philosophy.
He understood that they were inclined to act for the good of the whole race, or more precisely for the good of the majority, and were ready to sacrifice their own happiness for that of the others, which differed from his philosophy, which placed the happiness of his mother, then his, before that of others.
They thus arrived at the residency of the Queen. After being led in the room where the meeting was going to take place, before entering, he heard: "Did you hear the news? The meeting was convened because Simon had a new vision"
"That's right, the old Edan himself told me, he said it was a news important by Simon."
Another member of the Siemby Council will replied: "Hump! I think Simon is just losing his time to invent these unnecessary toys. He should be formed and put his talent at the service of the race instead of playing."
Just when he finishes his sentence, the door was opened and the old Eday entered the rool fearing they will continue to embarrass him.
The atmosphere in the room then became a little embarrassing, and Simon took place near the old Edan, sitting calmly, further accentuating the embarrassment.
This situation lasts five minutes until the entrance of the Queen. She noticed the strange atmosphere of the room, but to be honest, she don't give a damn about this.
After all the elves presents treated the queen according to the tradition, she pointed straight to the subject: "I do not know if the old Edan have informed you but we are here for the simple reason that Simon had a new vision and wanted to inform me but elder Edan judging that it's about the future of the kingdom, and we must, thanks to his talent, grant great importance to this situation, so that's why we are here."
Now that everyone was informed of the situation, all the eyes turned to Simon, who remained calm and imperturbable.
They thought that geniuses were really another soak.
Although they had some doubts and they think it was exaggerating to convene a meeting without knowing if the Simon's vision was as important as he claimed, they can't blame anyone, knowing that he had already had a vision for the lost convoy in the past.
Simon spoke: "First of all, I wish to introduce you my new inventions before continuing." He then exposed the "Chronogem Recorder" and shared its functions and his ideas to promote the culture and art of the elves, which could also allow them to win reputation and wealth at the same time.
The Queen was supportive of this idea and understood Simon's vision. However, the idea met an opposition from one member of the Council of Elders, who said: "I'm afraid that take this idea about selling the art of our race as the humans do is and insult and a disgrace for our race." Some members also shared this opinion.
To facilitate the resolution of the conflict, a vote was organized, which leaned to Simon, being supported by his grandfather and the queen. The other members did not want to be found in the delicate position and choose to follow the path of the strongest.
After the vote, Simon look at the one who was opposing him, it was the one what was ill speaking of him when he first came, he decided to give him the last chance not wanting trouble this early, he said, "I understand the concerns of the Elder and I assure you that I will do my best for the good of our people.", before continuing about his second invention.
