Chapter 3: First Encounter
The sun now rises in the East, it is a new day, and new opportunities and adventures awaits, but the memories in that bloody night is hard to forget.
Zebram is the first to wake up among all of them, not including the men that guards the camp, it is already six sharp in the morning. He then decided to go and take a bath in the lake not very far away from the camp, just to refresh and clean himself from that messy night. While he is walking down towards the lake, Zeb suddenly stopped when he saw a beautiful girl just a few meters away from him, walking there beside the lake. Zeb, seeing the beautiful girl, he can't help but to stare at her lovely figure.
While he carefully sneak around the trees to get closer and have a better view at the beautiful maiden, he then suddenly stumbled his feet into a large rock which made him fall to his knees, making a loud noise in the process, enough noise to be heard and make the girl startled. Now Zeb startled the girl, he then stands up quickly and tried to hide behind the trees, but the girl already saw him, and Zeb, then noticed that the girl already saw him, he then turn his head to see the girl that is surprised.
The girl gasped when she saw Zeb and then lost her senses for a moment, she then stared at him for a while, the girl then also feels that there is something powerful inside him.
Zeb, then also do the same, staring at her eyes and face, while also taking a glance at her sexy body.
The girl is very beautiful, her eye's is of azure blue and somehow giving it an alluring and seductive gaze, her hair is long, curly and blonde, her face is beautifully shaped like of a goddess and she also has pointy ears, her body is very perfect and its skin is very smooth and delicate. The dress she wear is very revealing, mostly covering only the important parts, the dress is of light green and bright white alternating up each other with a shade of blue, giving it a lively feeling whenever she walks. Her hair is fixed with some flowers, she also wears a tiara made of golden flowers and twigs, fixed with a large ruby in the center, making her very stunning, combined with some magical aura radiating in her. She is like a Goddess to him.
The girl that has lost her senses for a moment now came back, her eyes widened and her expressions is of shock. The girl then turned her back to Zeb, she then started running away from him, before Zeb can even say a word.
-Did the girl ran away from him because she feels something inside him, or she just ran away because of her being startled and frightened?-
Zeb, then also ran after her, he chase the girl as fast as he could and also yelling at her to stop, but the girl won't listen. The girl then cast an invisibility spell to make her disappear into the thin air.
Zeb is shocked when the girl just disappears into nothing, he then stops his running, now that he can't see the girl anymore and also to get his mind and thoughts clear for a moment.
"I'm sorry!" Zeb yelled into the air. "I didn't mean to frightened you. I'm sorry!" he says it loudly, hoping that the girl can hear him and give him a chance.
"I just wanted to know you!" Zeb said.
The girl then stopped when she hears the man yelling at the air, and she then listened to him. After the man has finished talking, she then feels pity to him. "Should I give this mortal man a chance to speak to me?" she says in her mind. "After all, I've never spoke to a mortal before, and I can't just hide all the time from them, and I also want to interact with them, maybe this is my chance?" she thinks to herself while looking at the man. "But... Should I trust him?" she asked herself.

Zeb, then walks back to the camp, not even bathing anymore because of his frustration that just happened earlier, tumbling into that rock and make the girl frightened at him. "Damn, how dumb am I, stumbling into that damned rock that i should've seen it first, *sigh* now she's scared of me." he says in his mind. "I hope that I didn't scared her to death and I also hope that I will meet her again soon."
Zeb, suddenly have this strange feeling that he never felt before, he feels like he cared for her. "What is this?" he asked himself. He sighed then walks straight back to the camp, the dead bodies of ogre and the remnants of that bloody night still stained the place.
After he got back to the camp, all of the men are now already awake, and the Captain now giving orders to them, ordering them to disassemble the tents and pack the things up.
"Faster boys, we need to hurry, time is not waiting for us." says the Captain ordering the men to hurry up.
Zeb, then also helps them disassembling the tents to make things faster. After they disassembled all the tents and packed up all the things, they then ordered to gather around.
"Aye! Good work boys, now gather round'. We will march soon to find a new suitable place to build our camp." says the Captain.
"Captain, are we not going to our destination?" says Golus with confused look.
"Yes indeed we are not, but only for three days, after that, we will go march again to our destination." says the Captain with smile.
"Captain, Is this about the training we talked last night?" says the other rookie.
"Aye! my boy, now all of you follow me, we will find a new place." says the Captain.
The men then started following the Captain. The rookie's are excited about the training, even more excited to be recruited into a highly secretive and organize group of assassins, and also because of the incentives that the organization promise. As for Zeb, he is also excited just like the others.
After walking for some time, they finally settled down and build their camp. The place is wide enough for them to build some protective barriers and walls around, the space is about fifty meters in diameter. The Captain then ordered his men to go gather up some wood so they can start building the camp, they also build some small houses, with only four walls and a roof, where the walls are only four meters in length, width and height, it is a block type of house, the one that is just only for storing foods and other stuffs such as weapons, they then also place their tents around the camp, leaving the center very spacious.
While the other men is ordered to gather up some wood and build the camp, the Captain called out the hunters, the three of them immediately showed up.
"Aye boys, we are running out of food, so go hunt some animals for us to eat, and be back before noon, or else we'll all be starving here." says the Captain.
The three of them nods at the Captain before leaving.
"Aye! and one last thing, watch your asses, you don't want to get ambushed and be eaten by some wolf or worst, an ogre." says the Captain one last time, before the hunters leave.

The three of them now hunting for almost an hour, and still they can't find any animals, then the three of them planned on splitting up, so they can explore the forest and also to hunt faster. The three of them all agreed to the plan and meet back at the camp in about two hours.
"Hey, don't stray too far or you might get lost" Khasos said to them laughably.
"Hahaha! and you also better watch your asses just like what the Captain said, or you will get your butt chomped up by some wolf." Golus replies laughably.
Zeb, then just laughs together with his companions for a moment, they then now take their own paths. As a hunter they know how to track animals and get back to the camp easily.
Zeb, now take his own path to hunt some animals, the sun is not yet very high above the sky, giving him plenty of time before noon.
Zeb, while walking down his path, he is still thinking about the lovely girl he just saw, and the strange feeling that he felt earlier, wondering if he could meet her again and have a talk. He is still hoping that one day, when they will meet, he will not let the girl go away without knowing her name.
After walking for almost an hour in the forest, he finally found some animals to hunt. "Damn, finally found some animals" he cursed in his mind. Now that he finally found some animals, he quickly hides in a bush nearby, he then gets his bow and pulled up an arrow aiming at the deer.
"This is a jackpot." he says in his mind. "This is even more jackpot." he says again when another two younger deer's shows up.
He then aims at the first deer he saw, the larger among three, he aims to the deer's essential parts so that he can kill it easily and the deer won't suffer very hard. Zeb, now ready to let go of his arrow to shoot the deer, but as he was about to let the arrow go, he was startled by the voice he heard in his back saying "Don't!", resulting to lose his grip to the bow and his shot to miss the target, the deer's then quickly noticed the arrow that flies past them, now frightened, they all quickly run away. He looks at his back quickly in shock to whom does the voice belong to. Now his eyes widened, when he saw the creature that startled him.
His eyes are in shock, and his body can't move, his eyes widely staring at it when he saw the creature that just talked to him.
