Chapter 2: Chapter 2 - Andrew
The next day at school I walked up to the school in the hoodie that Adom gave me and was fixed up better then before.
"Hey Andrew!"
I turn to see Victoria, a girl and Adom walking up to me. The image of me kissing Adom pops into my head and I run into the school. I go into the boys restroom and hide in a stall.
"Hey Winston, you're trying to hard to make this new guy like you."
I look through the crack to see Winston and some other guy with him.
"Yeah well my mother, who is the mayor, told me that there was a couple that couldn't have kids so one of the women built a boy."
"Whoa, so you think the new boy is some kind of robot?"
"Yeah and I thought it would make me even more popular if I dated a robot. So I have to be nice to him, plus he's kinda cute."
The other boy laughs and they both leave the restroom. I walk out and look in the mirror. I looked human but under all this I was a robot.
The door opens and I turn around to see it was Adom.
"There you are, why are you in here?"
"B-because I didn't want to-"
Then the image of kissing Adom appears again. To see what it would feel, taste and just breath the air that he breathes in that kiss.
"Your face is turning red."
I look away from him and back up
"I-it's nothing...and w-why would you ask...I mean-"
"Andrew...look at me."
I look to Adom standing really close to me. He used his hand to lift my face up to look into his eye.
"Do you like me?"
I feel my face heat up even more but I nod my head. His face shows no emotion and he let's my face go.
"You shouldn't like someone like me."
He starts to walk away.
"You can't tell me not to like you-"
Then I'm up against the wall with Adom all in my face with fire in his eye.
"You can't live someone like me. I don't want any ones love! I don't want yours."
I look down at my hands and could feel tears going down my face. Then Adom leaves the restroom, leaving me all alone.
At lunch my aunt sits at her desk eating her lunch while I was eating mine.
"So who's the boy that you told me about?"
I look up at my aunt but she wasn't looking up at me.
"Aunt Dee Dee... I don't want to get him into any trouble."
"I know but I want to know his na-"
"No!!"
She then looks up at me with a surprised look. I never raised my voice with my aunt.
"Look Aunt Dee Dee...I just don't want to talk about it."
"Okay."
I walk our of the nurses office and go to my fifth period class. When I get into the classroom I spot Adom right away.
"Andrew come sit with me!"
I look to see Winston waving me over with a smile on his face.
"Don't you dare."
I jump and look to see Adom standing next to me.
"Wha-"
Then Adom takes my arm and takes me to the back of the classroom. Once we sit I look up to see Winston staring at Adom with a death stare.
The class started and the teacher said we were to draw a fantasy picture. Some were laughing and others hated it.
"Hey cutie."
I look up to see Winston leaning on the table. He was smiling a cute smile but something about that smile was wrong.
"Hi "
"Since we have to draw a fantasy picture...I was wondering if I could draw you."
I look back down at the table. What do I say to that?
"Winston why can't you go draw yourself."
I jerk my head in Adom's direction to see he had a piece of paper in front of him.
" I mean I could but I need a boy beside me, so how about it?"
"Cant you do it by memory?" I asked.
"Okay."
He looks at me for a good minute before he walks away. I blink in confusion. Then I get some paper out and begin to draw. I draw Adom getting angry with me behind him, what he might look like if he was sad, happy, grossed out and in love.
RING!!!
I jump at the sound of the bell and saw everyone leaving. I grab my papers and put them in my backpack.
"Hey cutie, why don't you walk me to my sixth period class "
I look up to see Winston waving me over but someone took my hand and took me away. When I look up I'm up against a wall, an arm right next to my head, and Adom standing in front of me.
"What do you want Adom?"
" I want to tell you not to hang out or even date Winston...he would do the same thing to you as he did to me."
"Okay...I wasn't going to. He's not my type any way." I say touching his cheek and taking his eye patch off.
He was surprised and his eye was a light blue. I smile and pull him close to me. He doesn't resist and moves closer. I pull his face down stand on my tippy toes just to reach my lips to his. When his lips were a breath away from mine he pulls away.
"No...I can't...I just can't..."
"Adom..."
"Andrew I can't let you into my heart...I just- I-I'm not ready for something like this."
His eye went from light blue to blue.
"Adom...I don't want you to fall in love with me now, the next day, or even next week," I walk up to him and gave him his eye patch back," I just want you to know that I love you...and only you."
He look at me with no emotion in his face and then walks away from me. I look away from him and walked to my sixth period class. Why was my heart beating so fast but yet it felt like it was breaking?
When school was over all the kids were leaving and it started to rain.
"Hey Andrew."
I turn around to see Victoria and Adom walking up to me. I look away as I remember what happened between me and Adom.
"H-hey Victoria," I look up,"Adom."
They were in front of me and Victoria looked from me to Adom then back.
"Okay, did I miss something? Did something happen between you two?"
Her brother waved it off and I shrug my shoulders. I rather not talk about it with him standing in front of me.
"You want a ride home?"asked Victoria.
"No you don't-"
"Hey cutie...need a ride?"
I look to see Winston standing by a red truck waving for me to come over.
"Oh, uh-"
"Hes got a ride Winston."
I turn my head to see Adom standing next to me with his arm twitching.
"Come along g you two."said Victoria.
She pushes both of us to the black car and waves at Winston . Once we get into the car Adom starts the car and pulls out of the school grounds.
"I can't believe you did that Adom." Victoria said.
"What do you mean Victoria?" Adom asks.
"I mean you telling Winston to back off your man like that "
I glance at Adom to see a little bit of redness on his face.
"Victoria, hes not my man...were not even dating."
"You said-"
He parks in fro t of my house and turns to me.
"Our Andrew so I can," turns to Victoria,"so I can talk to my sister."
I look at Adom to see his face had turned more pi k then before. I look at Victoria to see that she was terrified
"Thanks for taking me home again."
I start to get out the car when a hand touches my shoulder.
"L-let me walk you to the front door."
I turn around to see Adom looking away from me and his face was red.
"O-okay."
He let's my shoulder go and got out of the car. Once he gets to the other side he picks me up and sets me down (on my feet) on the other side.
"There was a muddy puddle."
I just nod my head and we walk up to the door.
"Thanks for the ride...once again."
"Really it's not problem."
I glance up at him to see he wasn't looking at me. Then we were at the front door and I turn to him.
"You can go back to the car and go home."
"As you wish, Andrew."
I felt my face turn red and Adom walked away. I kept my eyes on him until he got in the car and drove away.

I shake my head, turn around and open the door. When I get inside I look to see that mother B left a note on the table
Dear Andrew,
Sorry for doing this but your mother and I had to go to the hospital because your aunts husband got sick and we had to be there for Dee Dee. Hopefully we'll be back before you have to go to school tomorrow.

I sigh and go to my room. When I get to my room I get ready for bed and then I heard a ringing noise. Then I look in my backpack, found my phone( which my mother b got me) and saw that a new phone number had texted me.
New number: Hey sorry for doing this but I had to find out your number.
I thought it was Winston but he would have said something like "hey cutie" and I wouldn't give Winston my number.
Andrew: okay who are you?
New number: it's Adom...I had Victoria take your phone our of your backpack so I could ha e your phone number.
Andrew: wait...you HAD he's get my phone did she so it so YOU could have my phone number even thought you didn't want it.
I sent the message and got my pajamas on. My phone rings and I look to see that he actually texted back.
Adom: that would be better to say. Plus that's how if felt like...but anyway...what are you doing???
Andrew: um about to go to bed...my mother's would kill me if I didn't go to bed.
Adom: wait...you have two mothers??
Andrew: uh...yeah...are you not...okay with that???
Adom: oh no I'm okay with it...my sister likes girls more...well she only likes girls. ONLY!!!
I smile at this and started to plug my legs.
Andrew: okay...that makes complete sense.
Adom: yeah...
Andrew: I need to go to bed...I'll see you tomorrow, okay?
Adom: okay...see you tomorrow
Andrew: night
Adom: yeah...have a good night sleep.
I smile, plug my phone up, finish plugging myself and went to bed
