Chapter 52: Coven of Silver Flames

"You are not welcome here… Lycan!" an old man's voice thundered the moment Ava and Matthew stepped out of the car. It came from the older man standing just in front of their car. He was wearing an all black suit, his long hair tied in a neat ponytail.

Now that Ava had the chance to examine their surroundings she noticed the number of trees that surrounded them. The road to the Silver Flame Coven was surrounded by spruce trees. 

These people were taking advantage of the trees and the shadows to hide from them. 

"And you— " the man squinted at Ava. "A witch who abandoned her roots. How dare you visit our sacred lands after deciding to work with the Lycans?"

"I am here to see Priestess Amore…" Matthew ignored the old man's words. His face was calm devoid of any expression. With his black leather jacket, and equally black shirt and jeans, Matthew towered over the witches surrounding them.
