Chapter 25: New Beginning

Destiny wanted to write Marcus a letter confirming her love to him but she knew she couldn't because they would be in danger if anyone saw it besides himself. She had to do something because she didn't want him suffering alone not knowing her love for him. She decided to plan to purposely bump into him and whisper in his ear. As she was reaching his locker looking down the whole time she was yanked backwards into an almost completely empty hallway. He held her so tightly. She finally was able to whisper her deepest love in his ear. "I love you so much" she pronounced meekly in his ear. Marcus wanted so badly to taste her lips in his again. Instead he said, "Witch watch where you are going." She knew what he really wanted to say so she fought back. "Bloodsucker keep your hands to yourself." Marcus gently stroked her face and it sent shock waves throughout her body. He whispered in her ear, "What if I don't desire to?" Destiny couldn't help but blush. She was so afraid they would be caught but she loved every minute she had right now. "Than I'll make you regret ever looking at me." she teased. "Someone is coming. I'll never regret looking at you. My biggest regret is not talking you into staying with me and my true parents." Marcus loved Destiny so much. He couldn't stay away from her and that was when he was caught. The same werewolf who attacked Destiny was in cahoots with the vampire council. They saw this coming and his grandparents wanted to end the disgrace his father caused the vampire blood. Marcus only wished they could see this as a new beginning and a better one with better days of love and peace between all breeds.
