Chapter 14: Blood Evolution Formation
I entered the house and head a pleasant family dinner, my Mom was extremely fond of Feefee and she always put a double portion for her.
"Good night, Mom, Dad!"
"Good night, Dear!"
This night I am not going to sleep. I have already decided that Blood Evolution Formation will be used by me, but I didn't know when. With my current strength it is impossible to pass by that monster around it, however, Lifespan Shop provided me an opportunity! Shadow Dragon's Ring, with it I can easily conceal my presence and as far as I know, that creature is a not a nocturnal magic beast, so night is the best time form my operation.
"Feefee, this night we are going to the forest."
"Really, Master?! What for?" asked me Feefee, she was intrigued.
"You will go meet Elder and I will have some experiments."
"Experiments?" she didn't understand what I meant and bowed her head on the side.
"My skills, Feefee."
"Oh! Feefee understands, ok."
I waited for one hour, so as to be sure that my parents finished with dinner and flirting. When I heard my Dad's snore, Feefee and I jumped out of the window, although my physical strength wasn't great, this jump wasn't even a challenge for me.
"Elder! Feefee came to take care after you!" Feefee shouted and via mental connection and flew to the Baby Tree of Life. It is still hard for her to operate the communication, so she operates all channels within her reach. All my creations who are close to her will clearly hear her shout.
"Should I use Death Corps?" I asked myself while getting through the deeper part of the forest.
I have already activated a special effect of my ring and avoided all magic beast, I don't have a luxury of spending my precious time with them. No... Blood Evolution Formation should be a priority after I am done with it, I can consider using Death Corps.
After approximately two hours of walking, I discover a huge cave, there were some paper seals all over it if I remember correctly they are a warning for Protectors not to go inside. Obviously, the formation inside can easily disturb a balance in the world and maybe even the Guardian himself will be needed... Guardian... I want to become one, however, it is so much more difficult than becoming a Protector.
I rallied and entered the cave, those paper seals are a warning for Protectors, but I am an ordinary villager, their rules don't work on me. It was dark and cold inside, luckily I have studied (Rune of Light).
"Lux," I have whispered and an orb of white light appeared right next to my head. It was sufficient for me to light up an area around me with a radius of 5 meters. I can tell where the magic beast is sleeping, so before I arrive at the Blood Formation I will turn the rune off.
Twenty more minutes examining the gloomy cave, the humidity was high and the ground was slippery, sometimes I have nearly fallen but finally, I reached the Blood Evolution Formation.
"Lux Obliterates" I turned the (Rune of Light) off.
Now is the most perilous part of my adventure, I must pass by the Anzû, an enormous bird with a lion head, who breathe fire and water. I don't remember its level, whatever, the current level is definitely lower than one from my memories.
I moved closer to the center and saw it's sleeping next to a stone column with bizarre engravings; it was gigantic, if it wakes up I will be dead less than in a second. My breath slowed down and I closed my eyes, even though I had my ring activated, my mental state may reveal me.
Anzû kept snoring and I moved closer to the center of the formation, in order to activate it I must cut my palm and touch the engraving at the center. My every step was light and soft, my breathing was unnoticeable, my eyes were cold and didn't move away from the monster guarding the Blood Evolution Formation. My future and future of my beloved ones depend upon this exact moment. If I success the Invasion will be stopped, I know that my strength will be enough to devastate it, Dark Emperor, nobles, demons, demonized magic beast all of them will be crushed into nothingness.
When I reached the center my arm moved and I used the wooden knife to cut myself. It didn't hurt at all... My palm touched the engraving; it gave off a mysterious feeling and I could feel a soft sound of bells around me. The darkness around me seemed as if it got excited and started dancing around me.
"Do you desire my power?" I heard someones voice?
"Who are you?"
"My name won't resolve your question. I am an existence far beyond your comprehension."
"Are you the Demonic God?"
"Demonic God? Haha... It is a blasphemy to my race... When Gaia was designing the celestial worlds, I was next to her watching. When she gave birth to low lives, I was watching. If not for the Great War I would be still with her, watching..."
"What are you?" my voice trembled... The one talking to me is an existence which has directly seen Gaia, herself.
"I am the Firstborn!" the cave trembled, my head exploded... Everything around me became transparent... I was in a place without any colors... Pure one...

I slept... I don't know how long my sleep was, but the very first moment I uncovered my eyes, the darkness disappeared.
How long... Wait... I am in the cave, no matter how long I slept it cannot be so bright... I blinked a few times and still, I perceived everything around me clearly as if it was in a daylight... The sure thing it is because of my new (Eye of Truth), it is not a skill, yet an ability, which is like ordinary breathing.

Pretty simple, but why can't I see? The very moment I thought about seeing through rocks, the cave became transparent, I could see the night sky and the stars, forest and magic beasts outside.
Excellent ability... I noticed a colorful ribbon, maybe not even a ribbon but a colored air flow. I traced it all the way to its source and saw the magic beasts which guarded the formation, looking at me in fear.
