Chapter 59: A new day.
After their lunch, the whole Augustus family went to their mansion. Irtaza was happy watching his four children together. He was very glad to know that Isla remembered everything and that she called him father.
'Oh, how beautiful it is to be called Papa by my princess.'
He thought.
"Oh well, Dad?" said Ivan.
"Hmm," answered Irtaza while driving the car.
"When are we gonna reveal the nature of that mother-daughter duo?" Ivan asked.
"Soon, I'm thinking to host a banquet for Isla's return," replied Irtaza.
"Good," said Harry.
"So when are we having the revelation?" questioned Peter.
Isla was silent throughout the talk. She had not uttered a single word from the start Irtaza glanced at Isla for an answer. The three brothers also looked towards her.
"This weekend."
Isla said the two words and closed her eyes for a nap.
"Good," said Irtaza.
"I'll arrange everything," said Peter.
"I'll arrange everything," said Harry.
"I'll arrange everything," said Ivan.
"Stop that copy cats," again the three boys said together.
Irtaza chuckled and Isla smiled.
"Stop, let me take a nap," said Isla smiling.
"Okay," mumbled the trio.
They glared at each other but didn't speak a word. While Isla and Irtaza smiled widely.
After an hour drive, they reached the Augustus Mansion. Irtaza parked the car and got out to open the door for Isla but she was sleeping.
Ivan, Harry and Peter also alighted the car. They looked at their father standing and smiling at Isla. They came to Irtaza and saw the cute little Isla sleeping peacefully in the car.
The three brothers glanced at each other and almost ran to carry Isla. But a glare from Irtaza stopped them. He bent down and carried Isla. He then turned around and signalled Ivan to close the door.
Ivan closed the door. The trio watched their father carrying their baby Isla inside the house without glancing at them.
'Life is surely unfair. VERY UNFAIR,' they thought.
"Now when Isla is back father doesn't care about us," said Peter.
"Yes. He just loves Isla more than us," said Ivan.
"No, he never loved us even a little bit. He is just a daughter protecting Devil," said Harry.
"Hmm, I agree," Ivan hummed.
"Me too," said Peter.
The three shook their heads and followed their father inside the house. When they entered the mansion, all the servants were shocked to see their master carrying a young lady in his arms.
They didn't know that Isla was their young missy. So most of them had some wild thoughts.
'Is she....'
But before they could complete their thoughts, the head butler came and exclaimed.
"Master, is-is.. that our young miss?"
Irtaza signalled him to keep quiet. He then nodded.
The head butler beamed on seeing his young miss come back after many years. He then said,
"Here everyone, she is our young miss. Isla Ece Augustus. She is the youngest child of Master Irtaza and Madam Aina. And the baby sister of our young masters."
All the servants nodded and bowed towards their master. Irtaza returned the bow and took the sleeping Isla to his and Aina's room. As Isla's room was on the first floor and still not cleaned.
He laid his daughter on the bed and pecked her forehead. He smiled and whispered,
"Princess, no matter what happens in the future, always remember that your father and brothers are there for you. Good night my little princess."
That night all of them slept peacefully. The four families; Dains, Gaumonds, Ayers, and Augustus all slept peacefully.
The next day.
It was a new day which held a shining light for all of them. A warm and blessed feeling.
~Ring ring....~
"Umm, yes," said Isla groggily.
"Hey, sleepy tiger. Wake up now. It's almost 9," came the cheerful voice of Nada from the other side.
"Uhh, Nada. I'm sleepy. Don't disturb me," said Isla in an annoyed tone.
"BABY TIGER," shouted Nada from the other side.
"What? urhhh," groaned Isla.
"Today we are going shopping. Remember," said Nada.
"Da*n okay. Wait for me. I'll pick you up in thirty minutes.
"Well come fast. My sweet Darling~~~~," said Nada.
"Hmm. bye," Isla hung up after that.
After thirty minutes in front of Nada's condo.
"Finally you're here," said Nada as she sat in the car.
"I am here in exactly thirty minutes," replied Isla.
Nada rolled her eyes and said,
"Okay, DARLING~~~~."
"Hmm," Isla hummed.
"Wait. Isla, why are you Ian now?" asked Nada.
"I wanted to," replied Isla nonchalantly.
"You and your strange thinking," sighed Nada.
"I just wanted to make your dear fiancé jealous," said Isla out of nowhere.
"Huh?" Nada was confused.
Isla said while gesturing her to look in the rearview mirror.
"Look, your Theo's face is as black as the bottom of a pot."
Nada looked into the mirror and saw Theo standing there with a sullen look on his face.
Isla glanced at Nada and saw her dumbstruck face. She started laughing.
"Hahaha, you and your jealousy king Theo," said Isla while laughing.
Nada glared at Isla, but Isla just brushed it off and laughed her ass off.
"Hmph," Nada pouted and looked the other way.
"Are you ignoring me now?" asked Isla.
"Huh?"
"Now you are not even answering me?"
"Ok, ok, my bad. I'll not tease you anymore," Isla tried to pacify Nada.
"Please, Baby, Honey~, Sweety~, Darling~......"
And the pacification went on. But Nada still didn't say a word. Isla was losing her patience. After trying to pacify Nada for God knows how long. Isla stopped the car and said seriously.
"Aergul Nada Dain."
Nada instantly sat straight. She knew that now Isla was severe. And it'll be disastrous to anger her more. So she looked towards her and gulped hard. Isla was looking so dangerous right now. Her eyes held no emotions. Her face was expressionless. She looked as cold as ice.
Nada knew she messed up a big time. So she mustered up all her courage and said,
"Baby tigress. Listen I'm sorry for ignoring you. Please don't be angry."
Isla simply nodded and drove the car. Nada heaved a sigh of relief seeing that Isla's anger has dissipated.
Some minutes later they reached the mall. Nada and Isla both were very excited. Both went to different shops and bought different things. As Isla was dressed as a boy so Nada also bought men clothes for Ian aka Isla.
Both of them bought a lot of things and went home. During the ride, Nada and Ian discussed their work.
Nada also told Ian about the new mission Orhan assigned to them.
"I'm not surprised," said Ian.
"What?" exclaimed Nada.
"WAIT! you knew," said Nada.
Ian nodded while making a turn.
"How? asked Nada.
"You forgot my identity?" said Ian.
"Oh yeah. How can I forget that there is nothing you can't know," said Nada.
"Good that you know my darling," replied Ian.
"Hey, don't if Theo hears you he'll kill you," said Nada.
"No, honey he can't kill me. Hmm but he'll surely boil with anger in the hot vinegar jar," joked Ian.
Nada raised her brows. And both looked at each other.
Hahahaha.
The car erupted with their melodious laughter. Theo didn't know who Nada went with. He only saw Ian's back and assumed it was a man. But in reality, it was Isla in her male disguise.
Ian dropped Nada at her condo and left for Augustus mansion. She was so tired after shopping with Nada. The only thing she wanted to do now was to take a bath and sleep.
Finally, after a thirty minutes drive, Ian reached Augustus mansion. After parking the car Ian went straight to his room and slept after showering.
And that's how A New Day went distributing new happiness to all.
