Synopsis
Emeravwe has a secret.
She has no memories of her past and no idea where she came from. This is already enough to cause her deep inner turmoil. But in a palace where rank and social status are everything, she finds herself in the worst possible situation: at the bottom of the food chain, scrubbing floors.
Yet, how can she be satisfied with this meager existence when surrounded by grandeur? So, she sets her sight on the very highest position in the kingdom -- the king.
Enlisting the help of her childhood friend, Eunuch Aslan, she enters the Bureau of Court Affairs and meets Mudiaga, a handsome officer of the Palace Guard, along the way.

Excellent writing by the author. His words and interesting characters kept me glued to screen as I read through the chapters. I love how innocent Emeravwe is but I hope she will grow up to be a beautiful and clever lady. Also the mystery of what happened to her family and why cant she remember anything is also quite intriguing. This novel definitely deserves a lot more recognition. Great work, keep it up.

Your writing is real superb. The use of tites in an unfamiliar language (at least for me. Is it Nigerian?) made me stumble a bit. But after several chapters, I got the hang of it, appreciating its uniqueness. The dynamic between MC and her fellow maidens showed how you built the world so well. There's also some mystery that has yet to be revealed, surely piqued my interest. Great work author :D

It is a novel with many details and very beautiful writing. What I liked the most is that the characters feel very alive. The conversations are also very realistic. It's a great job by the author.

Pretty good overall! I really enjoyed reading. I can really identify with some of the characters, and I loved the plot progression! I enjoyed the fact that there were little to no spelling/grammar errors as well (my OCD hates that, so kudos)
A good read. It took a bit of time for me to get hang of all the characters and the titles, but it was a great experience of reading. The titles, storyline and the descriptions are well thought and well written. The pace of the story is decent and persists the air of mystery.
