Chapter 3: Chapter 2: How time flies when your having fun
It has been one year since Issei met Irina/Ike and they have become the best of friends. During that year they would often go out to play various games and spend time at each others houses. They got so close to each other that it became a regular thing for their families to have dinner together since they lived next door to each other. Issei also had large progress in his control of mana and his physical strengthening. He could now use the mana in various different ways like forming it into weapons or changing it into different elements. He could even use it to coat his body in a kind of armor. His best use of it though was to hide his presence and make himself blend in with his surroundings, essentially making him undetectable. This was only possible because of him having an innate affinity to everything making it so that he could blend in without any troubles because he is naturally in tune with them. As for his physical progress, using nothing but his bodies fitness and his abilities in either martial arts or with a sword he was confident he could beat a low class devil or two head on. He was growing at a monstrous rate because of all his hard work.

Issei: "Hurry up Ike were going to be late to our first day of preschool." Yelled Issei as he was waiting outside of Ike's house.
Ike: "I'm coming, just wait a second Issei." She yelled back as she put her shoes on.
Issei: "Alright lets go, maybe we can get you some more friends today Ike." He said as Ike caught up to him.
Ike: "I doubt it, everyone seems to not like me for some reason." She said while looking down.
Issei: "That's because you are always so shy around people you do not know. You even watched me and my dad play catch for ten minutes before you asked to join when I met you." He said as he smiled at her.
Ike: "Man I never should have told you that. You keep reminding me of it every chance you get." She said while pouting.
Issei: "I can't help it, it's way to funny that you are that shy. Well even if you do not make anymore friends I will always be your friend Ike." He said while laughing.
Ike: "Thanks Issei, that means a lot to me" She said while smiling happily.

They both had a great school year and made a few friends and now Issei and Irina/Ike are five years old. During that year Issei had improved the power of his mana attacks and managed to strengthen his body even more bringing it close to what a middle class devil would have. He had also started to have dreams with a certain dragon in them.
Issei: "Damn I had that dream again." He thought to himself as he woke up just before his alarm went off. He slowly got out of bed and got ready for his first day of his second year of preschool. "I really need to hurry up and awaken this sacred gear so I can start my real training. Training on my own has produced better results then I thought it would but it would still be better to have a teacher." He thought as he headed downstairs for breakfast.
Miki: "You ready for another easy year Issei?" She asked with a teasing look in her eyes.
Issei: "Don't remind me, last year was torture. The only good things about it was all the time I got to spend with Ike and pranking my teacher." He said while rolling his eyes and sitting down at the table. He then started to stuff his face with the food that he swears tastes just as good as a gods cooking.
Miki: "How you can still have such good table manners while stuffing your face I will never know." She said while looking at Issei with an incredulous look on her face.
Issei: "What can I say, I am just that skilled." He said before going back to eating. After a few bites and drink he then paused and asked, "Where is dad, I thought he would be here for breakfast. He loves your cooking almost as much as I do."
Miki: "He had to go to work early for a meeting and he was not happy about missing out on the food." She said while laughing. "You had better get going or Ike will leave without you."
Issei: "Okay mom see you when I get back." He said as he finished eating and gather up his stuff. He then went out the door and met up with Ike. "Hey Ike ready for more torture?"
Ike: "Unlike you Issei I actually enjoy learning new things." She said with smirk.
Issei: "I like learning new things to, it's just I already learned all this stuff years ago. So now I just sit there bored out of my mind while we go over stuff I already know." He said with a sigh as he looked over at her. He then sped up his walking pace and said, "Hurry up or we are going to be late Ike."
Ike: "Wait for me Issei!" She called out as she ran to catch up.

Issei: Later that night Issei was meditating when he was pulled into his mindscape. He then looked around a bit before turning around and coming face to face with a giant red dragon. "Finally we can talk to each other." He said while smiling at the dragon.
Dragon: "How do you know of me boy,and why are you so strong at such a young age?" He said while looking at Issei suspiciously.
Issei: "Since you are going to be with me for the rest of life I will tell you. I am a reincarnated individual from another world with all of my memories intact. As for how I got so strong, well you saw the training I do daily so that should answer your questions. I would like for you to teach me all you can and work together with me. Can you do that Ddraig?"
Ddraig: "Well if you are stronger it is better for me anyway so of course I will train you. But how did you know my name? I never told you that and I know you have not had any contact with the supernatural in this world so you should not know of me." He asked with a curious tone.
Issei: "Can you access my memories of my past life?"
Ddraig: "I can't see your memories unless you let me."
Issei: "Then I will let you in and you will see what I know of this world. Just do not freak out when you see what originally was going to happen with your host." He said with a vicious smirk. He then proceeded to show Ddraig all of his memories of Highschool DxD and by the end of it Ddraig was crying like a baby. "Alright that's enough Ddraig, I am not that Issei so you will not be called the Oppai Dragon. Although I might have a harem in the future so you will have to put up with some of the perverted stuff I will do."
Ddraig: "I do not care about you having a harem!! Many of my past hosts did as well. It is that crap about being the Oppai Dragon and my host powering up from BOOBS that makes me want to kill myself!! How could anyone be that perverted?!!" He thundered out while looking like he had gone insane.
Issei: "Hey that is not us and it never will be so will you shut up you overgrown lizard!!" He yelled because he could not stand the overwhelming sound from the dragon crying anymore. Ddraig started to calm down, but then he glared at Issei.
Ddraig: "Do not call me a lizard or I will not teach you a thing." He growled out. Issei then hurriedly nodded his head repeatedly. "We will start teaching you now. The first thing I will teach you is fire magics since they were my strongest when I was alive. While I am teaching you that I will also teach you the basics that all mages should know, barriers, basic healing magic, teleportation, and how to keep your mana from being detected so that you appear to be a regular human. I will also teach you a physical workout routine that integrates mana into everything you do making it much more effective. These will be all we will work on until you get the basics of all of them down, then I can start teaching you stronger magic."
Issei: "Finally I can start getting stronger. I have been waiting for this for some time. Also Ddraig I want to ask if you can turn me into a dragon or something like it in order to make me more compatible with the Boosted Gear?" He asked with a serious look on his face.
Ddraig: "I can change most of you to something similar to a dragon and this will make you half dragon. But are you sure you want to do something like that? The pain will be unimaginable and you will be more dragon then human." Said Ddraig with a serious look on his face.
Issei: "I need to be strong enough to kill anything that threatens me and my loved ones. If that means giving up my humanity then that's fine by me. You also saw what we will be facing in the future, we can use all the boosts we can take." He said with a hard tone. "I would also like to ask you if you have a way to let the Evil Pieces a High Class Devil has change me into half devil half dragon but make it so that I do not need to listen to the king that does it? I want to get the boost becoming half devil will give me but I do not want to be someones slave."
Ddraig: "If you are stronger than the devil that turns you I can use your mana to override their pieces so that you will not have to worry about them having control of you. I did it for one of my other hosts in the past." He said with a smug tone and face. "I do not think even the white one can do that since it is a technique I created."
Issei: "Sounds great, well I need to get to bed so lets start training tomorrow okay?" He said while yawning.
Ddraig: "Sure thing brat, and be prepared because I will not take it easy on you." He said with vicious smile on his face showing off all his massive fangs. "This kid is going to be my strongest host ever. I am looking forward to seeing how far he can go." He thought to himself as he saw Issei leave.
