Ever since I was little, I have had this thought about how the world works. What is beyond the earth and the galaxy? Are we perhaps in some sort of a bubble? Beyond the clouds and earths atmosphere, what is there? As I grew older, I learned about the stars and the galaxies that are out there. Our current galaxy is the Milky Way Galaxy and there are multitudes of galaxies out there in space. All those were taught in school. Still, the question of what is really out there in the space?
There are the 8 planets around the earth, each orbiting at their own snail pace. Poor Pluto has been left out since it was too far, it has been removed from the official list of planets. Back to topic, as I was saying about my wonders. I imagined the 8 planets plus Pluto orbiting around the sun, surrounded by many many stars everywhere. I also imagined a vast ocean of blackness below the orbital systems of the planets. When I think about the galaxy, the vast black ocean always comes to my mind. Even though, in space there are no cardinal directions. East, West and up and down are all the same. The only thing we can do is imagine the directions based on our body. Head is up, left arm side, right arm side, bottom is direction of your feet. Front is your front side where you are facing, back is your back side- direction away from where you are facing.
Enough about space. I do think that the world is very mysterious and magical, but it can be very cruel as well. Though that might depend on ones attitude and beliefs.
As a child I was told by my mom and aunt that I was very obedient. I imagine that as a baby I would not cry often; open my mouth when feeding time, do my business as nature calls and perhaps cry a little. Though I am sure I was not a loud crybaby as my cousin.
