Chapter 1: The coffee shop
people always say "go out there and thirst for adventure!" or "someones for you, I can feel it" but those people all have a name in which they are known by. but me I'm just a guy who doesn't need one. and it may sound cheesy but it's the truth. no one really knows, or gets me.
the date was Thursday, October 29th and I awoke like anyother: no texts or notifications on my phone, brushed my teeth, threw on some unwashed clothes and I headed out the door. the commute was normal ( or as normal as you can get with a 16 year old behind the wheel) with my hunk of junk Toyota. and I went to the usual coffee place that one of my friends works at. Micas Mocas is the name and only back coffee is their game. I walk in and order my usual (black coffee, can you believe that?) and sit down at my table flip open my laptop pop in my ear buds, press play and the band Counting Crows and I start on my book that is a (dumpster fire) working progress. and to my surprise I see someone in front of me a girl that looks about my age. and just to make matters even weirder accidentally falling in love starts playing. imagine that.
