Chapter 1: The Beginning
In a big mansion surrounded with a 10 feet tall gate with guards at the entrance. Lived a wealthy family who had a son attending high school. His name was Mason Laykinburg, his family ran a huge business called L.A which stood for Laykinburg Association.
His father was a important figure who ran the underground mobs, that had a number of 738 members, because of that he had dozens of enemies targeting him, which includes gang leaders and cops. The cops couldn't touch him because they dont have any proof of him killing or doing anything illegal but that didn't stop them from trying.
However the gang leaders didn't simply want him to get arrested they wanted him dead, they tried assassination, but it didn't work so they tried bombing him, but his guards covered him which unfolded in they're down fall, they've tried everything but couldn't manage to kill him.
The gang leaders were exhausted, they've thought of every tactic and couldn't even kill one measly scum. Then they thought of a dirty tactic that went lower then scums but what can they say, they had to go to any lengths to kill that bastard. They wanted him dead so bad because without him they can be able to be the top gangs in Tokyo. They will be able to do what ever they wanted and no one would be able to stand in their way.
" Was their any signs of the other leaders dogs today? " a deep voice sounded throughout a spacious room. Another voice replied " No, there was no signs of them today, sir. "
In the spacious room was a table with a muscular sized man behind it sitting on a chair, he looked to be in his late 50's, by his white hair and his white mustache. Near him was a guard who seemed to be in his late 30's.
" How is my son doing? " the mid aged man asked while staring at his guard. His guard replied " he was asleep when I left him, I'm assuming he's alright, sir. " The mid aged man smiled and said " good "

Bzzzz! Bzzzz! " Ughhh " while groaning a hand reached out from under the sheet on a king size bed, reaching for the vibrating phone. After 1 minute of the hand failing to grab the phone, a body got out from underneath the sheet revealing a tired young boy with red short hair, & red eyes wearing boxers. His name was Mason Laykinburg.
He grabbed his phone and turned off the alarm set for 7:00 am, signaling the time for school. He got off his bed and went to take a warm shower to wake him up, then brushed his tooth and put on his school uniform. He doesnt like school much, he only attends school because if he didn't, his mother would lecture him about how important it is. Now with everything ready he walks out his room.
" Be safe " when he turned around it was his mother at the end of the hall waving at him. " thanks mother, I'll be on my way now, bye." he walked down the hall and walked through the big doors leading outside. " Sir, this way " the butler was leading him to a black limousine, to take him to school. He got in and thanked the butler.
40 minutes have passed " we are almost there, 1 mile left until we arrive at your school, young lord " said the driver.
" alright " he wasn't excited to go school he couldn't careless if the school exploded out of no where, afterall he didn't even have friends because of his high status, most girls only flocked to him because of his wealth, so he just discarded them, boys hated him out of envy of his wealth and some were scared to get close to him because of his background.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
Guns were fired "What the hell is happening!" he yelled. The car got out of control and before he knew it, he was in a void filled with unlimited darkness. "where the hell am I ? the last thing i remember is hearing gunshots then the car went out of control, am I dead?"
{ Yes you are no longer alive, gang members ambushed you and killed your driver, then your car blew up. }
A ancient voice echoed throughout the void.
" Who's there, show yourself!! "

"Ahhhh!!!! I-it hurts my b-body hurts." Mason feels like someone's turning him inside out, his heart and veins feels like someone's playing with it, the pain he's feeling is more than he can handle. He was almost about to pass out, then finnaly the pain slowly eased leaving him sweating.

Mason found himself on a unknown field of grass. " I'm alive again, I guess that pain was worth it, but where am i ? "
he looked around but couldnt recognized a single thing. Everything looked different than his modern world, the trees were much greener, there was no plane in the skies, he couldnt see a building, just a deep forest that emitted a spooky aura.
" By the ways what did that person say again? did he say he was god of darkness? such foolishness "

Mason took 1 minute to think and understood the gest of things. He thought " stats " and a screen popped up just like the system said, so that meant he wasn't lying about him being the god of darkness Mason thought with a surprised look on his face.

" Alright, let's try " Mason pointed at a tree and willed the darkness to cut it, it was a success, it works Mason was excited to see what it can do and tried all things he could do with it.
