Chapter 7: Killing the king of the forest
While Ragna was thinking what to buy with his points, he heard the system's notification sound.

'Huh what's happening? Why am I gaining O.P points? System what's happening?'
"Host's deeds are being pass by word of mouth making those who listen feel how overwhelming you are, thus gaining O.P points."
'So my name just needs to be passed around, to gain more points?... Never mind that for now, system how many O.P points do I have, and what's the most powerful attack skill I can buy right now and use?'
"Host currently has 10,000 O.P points, the strongest attack skill than can be bought is Dragon Slave (Slayers tree) (9,800 points) warning: Host's current MP will result in him fainting for half an hour."
'Half an hour? Somebody could kill me if they found my helpless body... Somebody might even be watching right now waiting for me to slip up... But if I don't use Dragon Slave, I might die in this wolf's hand... Damn it! I'll just gamble on my Invincible Barrier, hopefully any would be attacker who attacks me and fails, will be smart enough to think that my body can't be killed by normal means. Fine then system I'm buying the Dragon Slave.'
'Ding' "Congratulations host for buying Dragon Slave (Slayers tree)"
After the notification Ragna, started digesting the information regarding Dragon Slave. After a few seconds of comprehension, Ragna was now ready to attack.
Ragna stood in front of the wolf without any intention to dodge, he then started chanting.
"Darkness beyond twilight." While Chanting the white wolf attacked with its claws but upon contact with Ragna, an invisible barrier surrounding Ragna's skin blocked its attack.
The man who followed Ragna, from the testing site felt the fluctuation of Qi around Ragna. "What is that kid trying to do..."
"Crimson beyond blood that flows. Buried in the flow of time" The gathering of Qi was now being concentrated around Ragna, the man hiding felt it was too dangerous to spectate and fled. The wolf on the other hand intensified it's attacks with clawing and biting.
"In thy great name, I pledge myself to darkness." Sensing the oncoming attack was not something the white wolf could handle it tried to flee, but it was too late.
"Let all the fools who stand in our way be destroyed by the power you and I possess... DRAGON SLAVE!" A beam of light flashed forward towards the white wolf and exploded. Half of the forest was decimated, the white wolf's body was left with nothing, not even a speck of dust.
With the last bit of his mana exhausted, Ragna falls unconscious.
The man who was hiding was caught in the explosion, fortunately he was quite far already, and he was somehow prepared to face such an attack. Once he got his bearings back, he looked around and saw the devastation brought by the boy called Ragna.
"If I don't kill him now, he might be an obstacle for my son later." The man approached the unconscious Ragna and tried to pierce his heart with his blade, but it didn't work. The chest of the boy in front of him was harder than spirit alloy.
The man proceeded to use some battle skills but still to no avail, not even a tiny scratch was made. "What the hell is this? Who is this boy?" When he was about to use another attack on the boy he felt the presence of Golden Core fighters, 'tsk it must be the Elders of the Heavenly Sword Sect, as well as the scouts of some clans near the area.'
The man looked at Ragna one more time reluctant to leave his target. In the end he decided to hide, and observe Ragna, until another opportunity to kill him comes.
When the three Elders of the Heavenly Sword Sect arrive at the scene, where a large amount of Qi accumulated, what they saw surprised them. Half of the forest disappeared into oblivion, only a large crater was left. Another surprise was the person they saw in the middle of the crater, was the fearsome boy they just fought, it was Ragna. When they got close enough to see that he was alive, they noticed that Ragna was unscathed.
That would mean this devastation was created by this boy. How powerful was this boy? Also to make this fearsome monster of a youth, lay here unconscious, the one who fought him must've been equally monstrous. On seeing the boy who shamed them awhile ago was unconscious, the three Elders thought for a fleeting moment to attack, but in the end didn't do so. It was not because of honor or such, it was simply because they remember how hard the skin of this boy was.
The three Elders sighed, seeing as this youth could become a higher positioned person in their sect, it might be wise to garner favor now. So the three Elders decided to bring the unconscious boy back to town.
When the three Elders left, the scouts of the nearby clans, immediately returned to their clans and reported on what they saw.
Upon receiving the news Freya's father was shocked, he called his daughter into his room.
"Father I'm here." Freya entered, and bowed in front of her father.
"Freya it's about that boy named Ragna..."
