Synopsis

I’m loving this book. I just wish the chapters were a little longer for the price.
It's a great story, but definitely a very slow burn. But the story progression is still so engaging and their relationship development is still pretty satisfying so you keep wanting more and don't get bored grasping every tidbit of their sweet interactions. I really wish the cover would be changed though. It doesn't fit the setting and characters at all.
the plot is really good and found it refeshing. It's a real shame it didn't get picked. I had to source it from some where else to finish it. I fell in love with all characters. They were all very unique and fascinating.
This story is so good but why is it so short when it comes to Jiaojiao and Ahen's moments. And why does it only take 2-5 chapters for them to rest from challenges they face? I bet if I'm Jiaojiao I will hide in a cave to recuperate and relax for a month or a year😮💨😮💨 Also sometimes the names of the good characters get interchange with the antagonists haha
The story is good i find it entertaining. I especially like the little monk appears to be a cutie. With strong FL and very smart ML with a lot of secret background to uncover for all characters .Just there are some inconsistencies with translation and names
Honestly I just clicked on this randomly to get my daily reward points. So I wasn’t expecting much. Yet this has surprised me, I’ve already laughed out loud at the FL actions. There are issues with pronouns (aren’t there always) and misspellings from translating but it oan’t enpugh to pull me from the plot - would it be better if edited and fixed - most definitely but overall it doesn’t make reading impossible. I’m only up to chapter 16 so far but as of toght now I would definitely recommend, it doesn’t seem to heavy to angsty and might prove to be a pleasent and fun read if the characters persnalities and authors humour remain the same throughout.
Best book ever. Each character is lovingly created and plays key roles from childhood till adulthood and the love they all share is very touching and natural. The last chapter will be the best! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Great story I love the characters, the pace of the story is pretty good neither fast nor slow. Our female lead is a powerful character who is a martial arts expert.If u like martial arts (action scene stories)this is a good pick.Romance is enough to quench your thirst, with lots of action and good family drama ( not evil drama).There is a war happening two times in the story our female lead is a warrior who leads the army to fight and save the country.Male lead is handsome, intelligent character who loves our female lead.xuanyuan Xi (jingkong) is a little monk who jiaojiao adopts when he was three year old. He is super adorable, cute creature. You will love the bickerings of male lead and Jingkong. 😅All in all a super story, give it a try.

This novel is quite good. My favorites are when Gu Jiao beats up her father from time to time. The twins in sync, empress dowager-the opera narrator and also roasting are also cute.You can go through chief minister's wife manga for the initial outline of the story.
