Synopsis
Natalia is an orphaned commoner born and raised in a little town called Lein. Once she turns 17, Natalia packs up her things and leaves the confines of her small town heading to a bigger city in search of her missing best friend.
Natalia soon starts working as a maid in the house of a noble family and has her life changed forever when the King arrives at a party held by the family she works for and claims she's his daughter and the Princess of the kingdom.
While still confused by the sudden change in status, Natalia is taken to the palace only to find out that her best friend who she left Lein in search of is now her personal knight. The same best friend who she's had a crush on since she was little.
Faced with the palace that's full of plots, schemes and abundance of secrets, her complicated feelings towards her best friend, a step-mother who doesn't like her and the daily struggle of learning to be a proper princess, Natalia is in for a lot.

this story is still in it's early stages but the story is already pretty engaging. it's not really fast paced as the author really dwells on the emotions and settings but it really balances the light-hearted and tense moments really well. Also the FL is really fun and I like how the story started before she became an actual princess so I can follow her entire journey. I'm looking forward to the future development of this book

You know that feeling when you stumble upon a hidden gem, this book made me feel that. the writing is lovely and there are some moments I find myself relating with the fl even though we're in different time periods and her thoughts at times leave me chuckling. the only problem i might have with this book might be the change of pov at the beginning but the author apologized for that so we're good. I can't wait to see how the author delivers this story but if you're someone who appreciates good writing definitely give this a chance.
