Chapter 7: Training for the first skill
Frore who had heard Blaze calling for him , came out of his room and then went downstairs. He had also cleaned up and changed into his now pyjamas. He sat across from Blaze at the dinning table and ate a spoonful of rice with Munchurian and his eyes lit up.
Blaze was delighted by Frore's change in expression.
"How is it?"
"It's good." Frore replied in a half nonchalant manner. Of course , Blaze realized it would take Frore some time to completely open up to him. But, it seemed like Blaze has made great progress considering it has only been a day, since they met.
"I am glad that you like it, eat as much as you want.", Blaze smiled.
Blaze gave him one more serving before they were done with dinner. He collected the dishes and was about to wash them, when Frore said he would do it.
"No need, go and sleep. We have to wake up early tomorrow."
Frore raised an eyebrow towards him.
"You know how my power far surpasses D-rank, right? It's because the level of my skills is higher, i know the best way to use my skills and how to produce the maximum output from them. I want to take a look at your skills and form a training method for you, so you won't have any problems when we go the next dungeon."
"....But...they are all support skills though?" Frore said in a low voice.
"Why does that matter? You can even kill someone with heal ,if you reverse your mana and burst their veins. It all depends on your perspective."
Although Blaze has no proof that it was feasible, there was once an incident like this in <TVCWT> , where one of the cannon fodder's goes around killing people for his enjoyment, to take his revenge on the world for looking down on him as a healer. Blaze had no reason to doubt the novel's premade settings, so he just used it as an example.
Frore was happy to hear that he could become stronger, so he slowly nodded his head at Blaze's words. He wanted to become stronger, so he won't have to depend on anyone for protection inside the dungeon and so that nobody would look down on him anymore.
In the early morning; both Blaze and Frore changed into their Hunter clothes which were identical and came out to the front garden.
"Tell me about your main skills."
"First is "Weapon maker"; I can make low rank weapons , one at a time with it and give them to the combatants."
"Second is "Skill absorption" ; I don't know how it works , there was no description and I have never tried it."
"Third is "Shadow snatcher"; I can take away an ememy's shadow which can slow down their movement for about 30 seconds. That's it."
"For "Weapon maker" try to imagine a grid where you are making the weapon in your head. Look up for information on features and uses of legendary and rare class weapons. Try imagining making them and then, concentrate and gather the purest mana , you can find in your body and surroundings. Then pour it all into that weapon. The quality will increase, and you should keep the creation time as short as possible."
"Start by trying to make a rare - class sword within 5 minutes. Slowly decrease the time to 1 minute. You can also try creating multiple weapons at the same time by dividing your total mana in equal amounts in the grid. Also, after the materialization of the weapons try to move your mana in the sword , it will help you in controlling the movements of weapons you have created."
"Alright. This will be today's training plan , also leave the 'information' part to me. Focus on increasing the quantity and reducing time for now. Ok?"
Frore noted everything in his head and solemnly nodded.

Also for those who don't know; 'Munchurian' is a chinese dish made from frying cabbage and wheat flour balls in a very spicy vegetable gravy. It's very delicious. I feel hungry now haha~
